Check in was very good. The room had a handicap bathroom that got water everywhere. I asked for a blanket from the front desk that never came.

The check in process was great, except when I made the reservations, the wegbsite said there was a shuttle from the train station to the Hotel. When I called from the train station, they said the shuttle was not running. Then one employee said you were possibly within walking distance! We took a Lyft and it definitely was not within walking distance. Other than that, the say was good. We enjoyed your Happy Hour event (the bartender Eva was wonderful and very competent) and your breakfast was outstanding. The beds were also very comfortable. I would recommend the Hotel to others.

This property is old. The room had a really strong musty smell like mold, and mildew. I switched to another room and had the same issue. Needs to be updated. Carpet was dirty. Faucet in the bathroom was loose. I won’t be staying here again.

I have always stayed at the Embassy Suites since a little girl. My stay was ok. Room was a bit warm, a/c was not working good. Slight mold in the shower/tub area. Glass has lipstick stains, possibly from previous stay. Overall, it was ok. Staff was amazing. Love the see through elevator.

I wish I was able to get the young ladies name at the front desk, she was awesome! Very welcoming and inviting! Room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. Complementary drinks ⭐️⭐️⭐️, Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️ though my stay was short, It was worth it!

My family and I stayed at the embassy for 4 days and it was an unpleasant experience. We checked in at night and when we woke up we realize there were some red spots on the carpet, and also the sheets. The toilet and shower were very dirty. It is obvious that the housekeeping team didn't do a good job getting the room ready. The first morning, we left and came back at night expecting the housekeeping team to clean the room that didn't happen. Right away, we inform the front desk and someone came just to bring us clean towels 25 minutes later. Out of the four days we were there, housekeeping came only once without our request. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I am sure there are cleaner hotels near by.

Breakfast and manager’s reception were great, but the room had very strong odor of antiseptic or cleaning product and faint odor of urine. Also had to ask multiple times for bedding for pullout couch and didn’t receive until late evening. Staff was otherwise very good.

The room I booked on Expedia showing a separate area for dining, was not the room I was given. Instead it had a tiny table 2 person table squished in the corner of the living room leaving no walking room with the sofa bed out. I checked in with 6 guests but my room only had two bath towels & no blankets for the sofa bed. Upon request it took almost 2 hours to have them brought to my room at 11pm after mutiple trips to the front desk. If you plan on doing laundry bring a lot of quarters. It is $2 per wash & the dryer took $4 to get my clothes dry. Front desk did not inform me when asking the location of the laundry room. I transported all my laundry to the 3rd floor to discover I needed to return to the front desk for change. They were not able to give me change at the time & once I was able to the total of 4 washers ( 2 located the 3rd and 2 on the 5th floor) for the huge facility was in use by an entire college baseball team cleaning uniforms. I once again wasted a trip to both floors lugging my laundry. I didnt find any of the staff exceptionally friendly or helpful, even when they accidentally delivered our linen to the wrong room. The restaurant was pricey for the quality of food. Our balcony had cleary not been cleaned anytime recently. It had debri, spider webs, ashes, spots from spills, and clothing strown on the roof from previous guests. The pool looked better in photos, but we did enjoy swimming and soaking in the hot tub.

Everything was either outdated, dirty, rusted, cracked or simply not working. I booked the king suite, but the room was nothing like the photo. Our sink had a crack in it, the walls had a few holes, everything from the shower to the toilet had rust and the room had a weird smell. Save you $700 for 3 nights and go elsewhere.

Carpet everywhere was dirty and had stains in it. Alot of Drywall needs to be patched up by elevators on several floors, 2nd floor is bad. Elevator flooring needs replaced. Happy hour snacks are a joke, fish crackers, LOL!!! Bowls were always empty. Omlette chef was rude and grumpy, both days, he acts like he hates his job. Pool is outdated. The smell of pot coming from several rooms were gross.

The place is filthy dirty…rooms are falling apart. Black scum in the shower . I could scrape my name in the scum. Grouting around shower sloppy and rusted. Carpeting stains all over. Elevators are so runned down, and dirty. I stayed for 6/ days and the glass was never cleaned inside the elevator. It looked like something was squirted on the glass. Place needs to be completely remodeled. Don’t stay there, keep looking for another hotel! On one positive note…. The breakfast was great!!!

This embassy suites hotel is very old and out dated. It needs a remodel bad! Old furniture and old furnishings. My room was nice but furniture old and drapes were hanging off the rod without hangers. I called and asked for someone to come up and fix the drapes and a maintenance man came up to look at and said he'd be back but never came back. There were also no big bath towels in the bathroom. I called to ask reception for towels but he said he was the only person at the lobby and didn't have anyone to bring them up. I ended up taking a shower and drying off with hand towels. I was supposed to stay for 5 days but checked out the next day. Ended up going to the Boca residence inn and that was fabulous!
