Jennifer & Emily were the best!
Jennifer helped us get a ride to the airport for a 6:10 am flight. Thank you for relieving my anxiety about getting to the airport.
The patio screen was off track and had other maintenance issues with sliding doors. The toilet is lose in room 305 and a safety issue not only for those sitting on it but also if the toilet is moving, then the flange is at risk, which can lead to flooding.

No headboard. Shower water was only Luke warm and not hot. The pool was not heated just a bit lower than room temperature.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the bathroom. Old and lack of maintenance. They also charge and extra fee for more than $20 that is nowhere to be found in the website and no logic for it.
Very noisy highway right outside of the room. Restaurant service was horrible, waited 20 minutes for the lady to make a cup of coffee, the guy helping was no better, never got to order food!!!
The phone didn’t work at all. The room smelled like cigarette and marajuana. The king room only had two towels (I need two for myself). There was no safe for our valuables
The bedding was super comfortable compared to other hotels I was at this weekend. Staff was super helpful and genuinely nice. Best place to stay after a rough couple days of repeated flight cancellations.
Poor customer service. Front desk help is nowhere to be found. The only way I ever got help with the front desk was to call the main phone number or ask them to please come to the front desk to help me.
Customer service was very rude with the exception of one young lady that was in training. We switched room once cause of the smell in the room the second room was not much different. I decided to do a early check out for our health.
I was supposed to have a balcony room and it was not but I couldn’t change rooms because it was threw Expedia and there are only certain rooms for Expedia. I had called the hotel ahead of booking and wanted to make sure the king rooms had balconies she said it was like 20 sw fr more than what Expedia showed but I figured it was the same room and wanted to get the Expedia price since was $30 less however this ruined the entire night there my husband has a broken leg and wanted the balcony to be able to step out and smoke instead of having to walk outside this is the first time I got a room thru Expedia and I was disappointed
Beds are hard. The rm 231 wall paper falling off wall and there was definitely mold in the room because me and my wife couldn’t sleep or sinuses closed up and our throats closed up. This caused us to have a terrible next day because we never got any sleep.
