The lock on my door wouldn’t lock from the inside. The knob would just turn and turn and turn. I texted the person I spoke to when I first arrived and never got a response. I had to sleep with my door unlocked. Breakfast was good. Room and area was very clean.

Location was good for price, walk down to the beach is smooth on way up you feel it more as it is up hill and a few stairs. Well lit at night. Breakfast served which was good, staff super friendly however the area for breakfast was right near our room and walls were not sound proofed enough so got woken by the noise. Note no mini fridge in room it is a shared fridge.

Good value but up a hill
The room was clean and modern with a view across the town towards the sea and the bed was comfortable. The elevated position means that it’s a walk down hill to the town but more importantly a walk back up to your room. The steps down to the main road are lit at night. It can be a bit of a drag up the hill and would challenge someone who was infirm or unfit. The walls were thin so noises were easily heard and there was some building work in a neighbouring property that started at 0800. This was listed as a B&B and although the listing didn’t specifically say there was breakfast we assumed there would be one, this being a bed and breakfast. Apparently this is not served in low season. This means when you go out for breakfast you’re probably out for the day to avoid walking back up that hill. The room rate reflected the location and lack of breakfast. Overall a low price and clean comfortable accommodation but a bit of an inconvenient location. You get what you pay for.

Steep accomadation
The accomadation is out of town, in a steep location, ok going into town, but a steep walk back. The hallway is shared by other rooms that people are staying at, wasnt aware of that before hand. Shared kitchen. Breakfast was not available for my stay. Quiet for sleeping, the town centre has a lot of traffic. Old town is Picturesque. If you are arriving / leaving by train and have luggage, remember the climb up paths and steps.

Perfect position for exploring Cefalù!
Booked at late notice for one night as we fell in love with Cefalù on a day trip from Palermo. Position is a 10 minute walk from the town centre - an ideal position as it gives you a stunning view of the sea and La Rocca from the terrace when eating breakfast! Very clean and comfortable room. Lovely hosts who speak good English to make up for our rubbish Italian!!

This B&B is situated in a scruffy block of flats with noisy families living next door to you, no soundproofing as stated the bathroom was very small, mouldy and smelt of sewage, the whole place is in need of a major refurbishment, the breakfast was a joke if you wanted more than one cup of coffee you had to pay 1 euro extra, breakfast was served between 8 and 10 am if you went at 8:30 nothing was left and they didn't restock, all of a very poor quality anyway, we decided to check out early and find somewhere decent to stay, the only good thing about the B&B was the view from the balcony, although it was a good 20 minute walk up a steep hill along a very dirty stairway, I would recommend paying a little bit more and stay more in the centre of Cefalu.

Only for travellers with a car and water supplies.
This B and B is a 20 minute walk into town. No pavements and a couple of roundabouts plus steps to negotiate. All uphill on return. There is no local shop for bottled water. There is no kettle in the room and there is no fridge. ( Mirko told us it was not advisable to drink the tap water.) We had booked for 7 nights, but stayed 1. The room where breakfast was served was locked all day, so access to water/ kettle was denied. My daughter had ants crawling out of a hole in the tiling onto her bed and all over her clothing. Mirko was not in the slightest concerned that we had paid for 7 nights and felt we couldn't remain due to the setting and lack of access to water. Thankfully we found accommodation right in the town centre that was ideal, with fridge and kettle - basic needs were met.

We chose this b&b because we had a car and knew it could be a challenge to stay more central in Cefalu. It was not too obvious to find the b&b which is located well up in the hills of Cefalu. Prepare for a good hike back at nightime. Also the walk down and up the stairs leading to town at night is in the dark, carry your mobile with a flashlight function. also if you have kids, beware, the walk to town is by the side of a main road with a minimalist sidewalk. The b&b is a basic place to stay if you are interested to go to the beach and explore the area and use your car to move around. parking is free in town after 8pm, but during the day you can use parkings with a 7/8 euros charge per day. To recap: Basic functional rooms: if you are lucky ask for the one with a wonderful view and balcony. Bathrooms are small and could use a refresher. Basic breakfast: albeit with nice homemade jams. The host has a relaxed approach which can be nice but also frustrating since we had no access to Internet during our stay. Good parking.

Wonderful family run B&B with great views.
Great hilltop apartment with amazing views of the beach and town. A path takes you into town and the beach in about a 20 minute walk. Family run with great hosts and breakfast.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN CEFALU
Loved staying, everything was perfect, had an amazing view of Cefalu from our room. The breakfast was delicious and the owners very obliging, nothing was too much trouble and they had good recommendations for restaurants and which beaches to go to.

Don't book the triple room
The B&B itself is as expected, it is in a block of residential flats but there appears to be lots of other B&Bs in a similar setting in Cefalu. It was quiet until 8:00am when breakfast started. We booked the triple room which stated three single beds however note this is one double and one single. This was a real disappointment for us as we choose it for this reason. Expedia need to sort out their website to reflect this.

Good family run place
Great little family run place - only down side is the toilet is not in your room but it is still a private bathroom so not a big deal just don't walk about in your underwear. Nice walk to town about 5 mins into town and 10-15 back coz its a hill that will keep you fit. The breakfast was lovely and the owners are very accommodating so was a nice stay

The room was comfortable and clean and the hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is prepared in the morning. The view from the balcony over Cefalu is stunning particularly at sunset. Location is hard to find at first but walking distance from town which was perfect. We hope to visit again soon. :-)

Great apartment to stay in Cefalu.
We stayed for 4 nights at Ma & Mi last week. The room was very clean, tidy, big and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the balcony every morning. Mirco was really friendly and helpful. He even took us to the train station although it was really early in the morning. The apartment is about 10 to 15 min walking distance from the beach (if you go Via Roma Street). We would highly recommend Ma & Mi and we will definitely stay again there on our next visit to Cefalu.

This is not a standard B&B. It is in a series of apartment buildings. The owners occupy the second of 4 storys and rent out the 3rd. It has 3 small bedrooms plus a converted living room with bath (the only really nice and roomy facility that we occupied). You share access with other guests such as the kitchen where they serve a meager fare overlooked severly by the landlady. They had neglected to turn on the heat and were unsure about whether we had a reservation. It may only be 600 m from town but it's all downhill. Hence, it's all uphill on the return, partly via an unlit set of stairs at night. It was a functional but not a cozy B&B.

Prima verblijf gehad in deze B&B. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitgerbreid en voor ieder wat wils. Wij hadden zelf de laatste kamer, met een seperate badkamer. Bij het boeken zou ik aanraden daar navraag naar doen.

Das kleine und gemütliche B&B liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit tollem Blick auf Cefalu. Auch beim Frühstück kann man diesen genießen. Ins Zentrum kommt man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zurück geht es allerdings bergauf. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Come da titolo buon b&b nel borgo di Cefalù. Stanza pulita e confortevole ed ottima colazione. Posto auto riservato. Da menzionare la distanza dal centro storico non proprio vicinissimo ed al ritorno in salita per via della posizione. Cmq consigliato.

De kamers waren erg gehorig. De lamp en ventilator deden het niet. Het balkon is niet om te zitten , daarvoor is het te klein. De badkamer. Sanitair moet vervangen worden, de naden bij het bad waren beschimmeld en het bad kon niet gebruikt worden er zat geen stop meer in. Het ontbijt is niet continentaal en zeker niet zoals de foto doen vermoeden uitgebreid. Echt een afrader, omschrijving voldoet geheel niet aan de werkelijkheid.
