The bedroom was very nicely decorated with antique furniture. The ceiling was decorated in an unbelievable manner suitable for a cathedral. It was gorgeous. However. The bed was as hard as concrete. The pillows were as thin as towels. The bathroom was so tiny it was virtually unusable. Breakfast was meager. The elevator was completely ridiculous. I couldn't wait to leave this hotel.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It was ok but you can tell they refilled the soap bottles in the room with soap mixed with water, and the pillow were falling into pieces. The breakfast didn’t have much savoury (no eggs for example), very low quality bread and on Monday no fruit because “they don’t deliver it on sunday”. I mean it’s not that you are placed in the middle of nowhere. If they don’t deliver on su day go to a supermarket and buy some!
We had a delayed flight and arrived late, the reception was not very friendly or informative. We had 2 small rooms one had no working aircon. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of sweet options. The best thing about this hotel was its location

Molto Bene Great property it’s not the Waldorf but I could stay there again nice staff don’t get the grumpy girl at the front desk in the early evening ignore her and you’ll love you stay
We were a bit disappointed by this hotel. We were thinking to stay in a old but charming hotel. In the end if wasn't the best experience. it was the most expensive hotel we had in Sicily and really not the best.
1. Bathroom : Big NO for us. As mentioned by other guest on Google review the bathroom is really small and outdated. Our shower head did not work properly, it did oblige us to get closer and closer to the wall. The bathroom need to be completely refurbished. Some part of the tiles were started to mold. However the water is really warm if it is what you like.
2. Our room was on a ground floor. With really bad isolation. Near a loud restaurant and street. Also near the reception. Other guest wasnt happy about his room situation ( which we understood). But on 4 night stayed we only slept properly once. We live in Mexico city not a village and we are used to the noise normally. Maybe with another room it would have been better.
3. Furnitures in the room : a refregirador was one of the bed table of the bed. We thought it was a bit weird but ok why not. Unfortunately it did not even work. Cupboard smelled bad.
4. Cleaning was done daily and really well. Big plus for the property
5. The location of the hotel is not so bad. Walking distance to the main streets if you don't mind walking 10 to 20 mins. 25/30 min to reach the train station walking.
6. The staff is nice, we did not speak much with them.
Overall : its ok, but disappointed
