"We stayed at Be Hollywood for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in approximately two hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The front desk staff was also very helpful in providing a plug adapter so we could use U.S. electronics without having to purchase one locally.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was an impressive variety of options, including several made-to-order high-protein choices such as omelets, in addition to a large selection of pastries, fruit, and other breakfast items. Many hotels offer only a basic continental breakfast, but this breakfast stood out because of the quality and variety of both savory and sweet options.
The hotel felt very safe and secure. Access to the building required a room key, which provided an extra level of security for guests throughout the day and night.
The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafés, and points of interest in the Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho neighborhoods. It was a great base for exploring Buenos Aires on foot.
We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a refreshing place to relax.
Overall, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the breakfast outstanding, and the location ideal. We would gladly stay at Be Hollywood again on a future visit to Buenos Aires."
