"We liked everything. This hotel/property is amazing. While showing some age, the rooms/cabanas are spacious and comfortable, featuring nice patios. The three interconnected pools are wonderful with massage fountain features. The restaurant food and service were good. The best part is the natural jungle that surrounds you. The insects, the mammals and the most amazing howling monkeys! Oh I miss them already. Also Starbucks station. The archeological site, most amazing, just meters away. Vert highly recommended."

"El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones lucen nuevas y muy bien cuidadas, en cuanto a imagen y limpieza le doy 5 estrellas, lo único que puede mejorar es en el menú de su restaurante, pedí el poc chuc y la pasta Alfredo con pollo, a la pasta solo le doy 2 estrellas ya que el sabor podría ser mejor, el poc chuc me pareció una porción demasiado pequeña."
