Friendly welcome, perfect location for airport
What stood out for me was the friendly welcome, ease of check-in and then the quality and comfort of the room. An easy 15 minute walk to the airport early the next morning with one backpack and great value at this time of year.

Don’t stay in this dump!!
Absolutely awful from start to finish, lady at check in tried to get me to pay cash although I had proof the company we work for had pre paid the booking, the place is full of asylum seekers. At 11.30pm I was awoken by a coloured gentleman in my room going through my belongings, I screamed and he ran off, don’t know how he got a key for the room?! I barricaded the door and tried to get back to sleep, then the arguing and fighting started in one of the other rooms, worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Upon checkout there was no one to complain to. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel when I turned up they told me it was fully booked it was 12:30am and I had no other options so they put me in to a hostel type hotel was terrible but still charged full amount

The beds were comfortable. That is the only positive thing I can say. The hallways had dried puke. The sheets appeared to be not washed. The clientele was a little scary. The tv would not turn off. I would give this one a miss.

We checked in early- no offer to store bags even for a fee. Has to pay $30 to check in 2 hours early. Got to the room- dirty hallways, disrepair and hot, musty room. No outlets worked. While researching other options, another guest uses a key and walked into our room. We were seriously the only two guests there and got the same room? Remote to any eating establishments or civilization. Ended up leaving and going to holiday inn express.

Very close to the river, could stroll down there. Close to airport. Bed was lumpy. Free breakfast pretty good but no eggs or fresh fruit.

Good basic hotel for one night. No facilities other than bedrooms. 'Does what it says on the tin' and no more. Impossible to contact them by phone.

I am not sure what to say really, strange environment. Wouldn't recommend for business travelers. Rooms are clean, weird smell in building, no receptionist majority of the time, overall would not recommend.

Generally good.
Generally ok but somewhat overpriced (the price one pays for staying near the airport when one has an early flight). Rooms appear to be primarily set for 1 person even when the booking states for 2, hence necessary to request extra towels etc (as only 1 set supplied in the room). Rooms are relatively modern and are very clean. There are no phones in the rooms, so you do require your own cell phone. WiFi is good and fast. Make sure you take a charger (with plug adapters if necessary) for your devices; the USB charging ports on the wall sockets did not function at all. No elevator, so you may find that you are lugging your luggage up 1 or 2 flights of stairs (may be an issue for more elderly or special needs people). Great that there is 24 hour front desk staffed by helpful individuals. What is not mentioned in the booking is that there is a 10 UKP deposit required on the room key, payable in cash upon arriving. Minor inconvenience, but refunded upon turning in the key.

Arrived late, clerk was very friendly, i asked for a wake up call and he chapped on my door right on time and he ordered me a cab which was also on time. Room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable.

Okay visit needs improvement in some areas
Lovely room with modern decor, comfy bed and you have your own privacy which is fab. However, the stairs had this terrible smell everytime we walked up or down. On top of this, people were off their head and really noisy outside at 3am which woke us up from our sleep. Luckily we didn't have a flight to catch the next day. I mistakenly paid for parking as the signs were confusing. Didn't mention anything about it being free for visitors until you go inside. Netflix was extremely slow which was our only source of entertainment. I feel that the bathroom door should be concealed so you can do your business freely but nope! There should also have been a bin in the main room and the bathroom as well. Overall it was okay.

Don’t stay here!
I arrived at the hotel around 11.30 in the evening to be told there were issues with the hotel and no rooms available. No real explanation and offered no assistance in terms of finding alternative accommodation so late into the night. I don’t care how cheap a place is to book, you expect some sort of level of service. The hotel had my contact details and could have called or emailed earlier in the day. St the very least would have saved the 15 minute walk to be told “no rooms at the inn”. Raging doesn’t cover it!

When arrived at desk to Cheak in no one was there and other people was waiting behind me with no face mask on. Room was nice and clean apart from bad black marks on the sheets but you could see they was clean sheets just bad marks that would never wash out that should have been binned as people don't like to see that ebeh tho you knew they where clean but just showing black marks but apart from that for the price I could not fault it any other way just a wee bit more detail to when the beds are changed

Disappointing nights stay
Uncomfortable night spent at motelair. Very noisy throughout the night, mattress was to soft, although this is obviously personal preference. It was clean and had a good shower. Vending machine wasn't working, which was disappointing when looking for a snack at 11pm. Staff were helpful enough. For me getting a decent nights sleep is whats most important and that didn't happen.

I had a few check in needs and the manager was very accommodating. Also, not only was the place a real value, and super close to the airport (lower taxi fare) but the breakfast was much greater than I expected for it to be included in the price.

Great hotel, spotless & friendly staff.
Just here for one night but very impressed apart from the frosted glass bathroom door -why do hotels do that???? The room was large and spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The man who checked us in was really friendly, helpful and efficient so we were checked in really quickly. It’s a very functional hotel and if I need somewhere to stay for a night in Paisley in the future I would definitely consider it.

We had a one night stay because of a 6AM flight. The hotel is super close (5min max) to the airport departure area. The check in and parking (for rental car) was super easy. I wasn’t asked for an ID to check in thought, just signed my name. The inside of the hotel, stairwell and room has an overwhelming musty stinch that never subsides. The carpet was dirty, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean with updated fixtures. The sink drain was stuck shut and could get drained the entire stay. Otherwise, safe and convenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and the decor functional. I don't think it's purpose built and so sound tended to travel right through the walls, so I recommend ear plugs. It's good for a stop over for a night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. Couldn't get a few things to work; plug in the basin, the TV, one bedside socket, but as it was only one night, so I didn't mind and didn't have time to tell the staff.

A budget hotel but the room was surprisingly large, clean and well appointed. The negatives were a little noise from other guests (but with it being billed as an airport hotel people could have late/early flights) and also an unpleasant smell in the stairwell. The room itself was great though.

Arrived at 11pm and found no-one on reception. Took a few presses of the buzzer and around 8 minutes before someone arrived. They took my name and disappeared for a few minutes to return saying they were fully booked tonight and short of room keys - they would have to let me in as they didn't have any spare room keys. Arrived at the room to be hit by a smell of cigarette smoke / cannabis - in a non smoking room. Then, pulled back the sheets to find they weren't clean. Thoroughly unimpressed. And not having a room key to get back in made it difficult to go complain. I had to sleep on the clean side of the bed. The room was falling apart, the switch for the bathroom struggled to turn off the light. The tap on the sink was very wobbly. The room was noisy, you could hear anyone arrive in the car-park, then hear them clunk down the corridors. The door didn't seem the most secure with damage to the door frame - I left my suitcase against the door all night. I'm not one to usually give negative reviews, but this hotel was awful and I would definitely avoid.

One of the members of staff was very rude to myself of the fee of £5 for breakfast . My friend was staying un room 215 and i was in room 205 . My fruend was there for 2nights. Dyr to argueing with Jono/ junior i mussed my flight from Glasgow to London . Am fuming . Cost me another £49. My friend will write a vad review also.
