Very outdated hotel. Our room had wallpaper ripping off the wall in several areas. Some stains on the walls and the carpet had a few stains and was ripping in one area. The IR eye for the TV remote kept falling off the sticky pad so doing anything on the TV was irritating. One big issues for many travelers is the hotel does not have an elevator so if you are staying on the 2nd floor your carrying your luggage up the stairs.

Second floor under construction near our room and early morning it was noisy. Breakfast was very simple.
Ice maker and pool are not in operation!
Carpet was ripped at seam from tile to carpet. Beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. Desk chair looks like like something I would throw out covering in bad shape. No stopper for sink or tub and couldn't take showers since there was no way to switch from tub up to shower.
Nice stay. Phone in room didn’t work. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. The manager Lillie was particularly helpful on getting some documents I needed printed.
They didn't have our reservation information from Expedia, the desk clerk had to call Expedia for the conformation, Expedia didn't send the reservation to Quality Inn, but desk clerk gave us a room right away
