We were charged twice by this property. We tried to explain to desk staff that we booked and paid on Expedia, but she didn’t seem to understand and insisted there was a problem with our check in. She called the manager and the problem seemed to be resolved but later in the evening we realized that the property charged us for the stay. The next morning we spoke with the manager about the charge and he assured us that it would be removed, but has not been removed yet. We called again today (Monday) to try to get the charge dropped and, so far, it hasn’t been. Very poor communication with the staff at this hotel, as they don’t seem to know that the room was already paid for despite us showing the receipt and confirmation number. Disappointing.

Very clean and friendly staff. I had no issues but my family wasn’t sure of surroundings, but we had no issues. It is a little ways down from the interstate, so the motel isn’t around other hotels. WiFi didn’t work well, but I didn’t bother asking front desk since we were only there overnight. For the price, it was a good stay in my book.

We stayed at this property last week. We were impressed with the accommodations. The rooms were spotless and clean and smelled wonderful. And the price was unbeatable. The gentleman checking us in was so friendly and nice. So on our return trip Home we decided to book it again. The results were the same, and I would recommend this property.
