The hotel was well designed and very comfortable. But what was bad was Expedia - when I booked through them the process said nothing about having to pay for dogs, so when I arrived it caused a big, difficult discussion about this. Also, I'd bought breakfast for both mornings via Expedia but this did not show up on my booking for the hotel staff. So they had to spend quite some time looking into it, finally agreeing with me that I'd paid for it. Botht things had made my arrival quite difficult. I was not impressed with Expedia.
