Bathroom smelled like urine. There was hair on the shower wall from previous. My bill went from 130 to 180. I will not stay again. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Very clean and pleasant stay. We took our German Shepherd and they were very kind and accommodating.

Stayed here multiple times and this one was the worst. Empty soap bottles in multiple showers and never came to replace. Towels seemed dingy. Normally we always set in the lobby together with everyone down there. 15-20 people. This time they wouldn’t allow us to.

No body wash refilled. No toilet paper when we got in the room. At last there was no light in the bathroom because fuse blows. Lobby is clean, service was good. However room should be maintained.

Supervision for children is essential
Shelby at the front desk was super. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived (3:00 check in and we got there at 6!) But she got housekeeping rounded up and by the time we got back from dinner, the room was ready. First night was fine. Second night some traveling sports team of little boys were in the hotel unsupervised all night and ran up and down the halls screaming all night long. We should have called CPS and had them all taken in to custody. Felt bad for the employees who had to field complaints all night long.

Wonderful stay!
We went to visit some family and this hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It is super clean, the beds are actually very comfortable and the room is spacious. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Would not recommend!
Our sheets were dirty and full of dog hair. The sheets had not been changed before we got there. And we also was charged a $250 smoke violation and room was never smoked in at all. I tired contacting the manger and had no luck getting through to them. They let dogs swim in the same pool as us and it had dog hair floating everywhere in the pool. That is absolutely disgusting. There was dog poop left in the grass so you had to pay attention to where you walked to avoid stepping in dog poop. I would not stay here again.

We were locked out of our room for 5 hours and the staff could not get the door open. After 5 hours they FINALLY used a saw saw to cut the lock out of the door. We did not get in our room until 12:30 am We will never go back

Well when we got there at 3:30 check in time was 3 we got there 3:30 room was not available yet didn't get to check in until 4:30 get to our room the tv was so dark you couldn't see it called front desk twice said she was gonna send maintenance never did i went down to the desk asked again about it the maintenance man said the tv was old and he couldn't do anything about it. She said when the hotel was built they ordered all cheap stuff so thats why the tv wasn't any good will never be back

For a 3-year old hotel the fit and finish of fixtures, doors, can liners, etc was disappointing. It was also noteworthy that the property is on a small barely landscaped parcel in the middle of a construction zone with a bunch of the developer's construction vehicles parked at the entrance to the hotel.
