Sorry, the best way to describe this 1950's era roadside motel is "lipstick on a pig". You can't add a few new things in a room and put up a vinyl mural of a tropical location and think this will fly with customers. The bed had all kinds of pieces of black lint all over the sheets so I spent an hour checking to see if they were moving. I would have called the front desk but there are NO PHONES in the room. There were cars and trucks from the main drag racing all night long, plus when you have trucks parked 10 feet from your door you hear everyone coming and going. Plus, when you have those cheap wall mounted heating units they are designed with vents that allow anyone right outside your door to hear everything in the room. There was a guy talking right outside the room and he sounded like he was standing next to me IN the room. The funniest thing was this place calling itself a "boutique"hotel. I asked the guy at the front desk why it is a boutique hotel and he said " because we have the cheapest rate in the area." Nuff said!

The room was clean but chipped tile floors. Thd bed was extremely firm. The faucet on tge jacuzzi tub ran water constantly, not a drip running water. The cable went out for a while. The extra lighting had bulbs out and looked like it belonged on a camper. Not eye appealing at all. Not up to the standards you would expect for the price

I have stayed at this hotel many times cause of the online price. I booked online and when I got to the facility I was told that I was not able to check in. I ask why and the lady at the desk could not help me. My room was non refundable and when the night shift manager came in she could not tell me why as well. I was charged a extra 50 dollars on top of what I had paid and was given a room which had seemed to be half cleaned. I called down to the front desk after seeing the room and was told that was all that was available. I called back a hour and a half later from another phone and the night shift manager answered and when I ask was anything available her reply was yes we have plenty come on in and I give u a good rate better than the online one.

Eric,You are a frequent guest, and you love the property, and you are aware of the policies. I investigated your last stay and if you would like to contact the property, we will be happy to discuss with you the notes that are on your account. It could be that if there were other guests in the lobby for your privacy, the front desk agents did not want to disclose information, so they simply stated that your reservation had been flagged for previous issues. If you would like I can add it to a public post here for you. I was glad that our staff was able to override the flag and allow you to check in. Non-refundable reservations are not the only ones that are available, as Non-Refundable will require a cash deposit or credit card authorization going forward it’s the policy. Please always check the booking site for all your options for reservations. Pertaining to the 50.00 fee that we authorized on your credit/debit card. It was a deposit/authorization that we released after the inspection of your room. We have guest book and cancel with us throughout the day, so our availability can change within a few minutes. As you know we have 24-hour desk service and since the cut-off time to reserve a room with the online travel agent is 12 AM for the current date, we still allow walk-in and direct reservations with special in-house rates, so guests can walk in and reserve a room after 12 AM for the current date up until our night ending at 4 AM. I do hope this helps to answer some of the questions concerning your check-in, and again if you would like more information, please feel free to contact us. DON’T STAY HERE
The images the website showed were totally false. The rooms were dark and must have been built 100 years. My wife almost got sick because our room stunk of cigarettes. The help were not helpful, reluctant to answer our questions. We are seasoned travelers and not once have we left hotel. I am asking for a refund. We’ll see how customer friendly they are..

Booked king bed,but gave me 2 single bed rm 103 because I had a 9lb dog the room is old bath ok leftover toilet paper not new one of the bed was bad the other was ok the pillow case had stain and sheets had a smell like old cigarrette didnot smell clean and ask for non smoking room hard time to sleep because of the smell and the rest of the room was ok. Will not book there anymore I booked because I saw a good review. Very disapointed

Love this Hotel!
Considering it was in the middle of renovation, it had a large room, very comfortable pillow top mattresses, and comfortable pillows. Slept very well, and was fairly quite.

We booked our stay at Envi after reading many positive reviews. I can say that we were surprised at the condition of the hotel grounds, the hotel and the room. I do not normally write reviews, but thought I should as I believe that we were misled about this hotel. I read others reviews realizing that some people are not able to be pleased and take their review with a grain of salt. This hotel is definitely not the worst hotel that I have ever been to but it's close. Upon arrival it was clear that there were several families living on the property. They were loud and there kids were running up and down the walk in front of the hotel doors until after 11pm. The hotel staff didn't seem to mind. There was trash everywhere, in the parking lot, on the stairs, on the walkways in front of the rooms, etc. The hotel is currently being remodeled and we stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms with two queen beds. One of the beds had cigarette burns in the sheets the other bed had sheets with holes in them. We mentioned the cigarette burns to management so as not to be charged. We were not planning to sleep in that bed and told them not to bother changing the sheets out. The bathroom was newly tiled and well appointed but was not very clean. The shower floor had ages of grime in it so we showered with shoes on. The floor in the room was dusty and was just generally not clean. The general feel of the hotel is unclean and a bit unsafe.
