The hotel has a partner taxi company it works with who give tours and great recommendations for places to eat out. "Amazing place! It’s away from everything so it’s like your own little oasis. Small place with only a couple other guests. Beautiful property, great amenities, and fabulously maintained. The food and drinks were incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. They greet you no matter what time of the night (we arrived at 3am and the owner still met us with a smile) and say goodbye no matter when (we left at 6am). It is pricey but well worth the price! "

"After a rocky start hence the 4 out of 5 stars we had a wonderful stay. The staff here are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go above and beyond particularly Sofia. We had some issues trying to check in but as soon as brought to her attention she sorted everything out for us. The pool area is lovely, relaxing albeit the main area of pool is very cold. "This property is a good option to stay in if you do not mind staying around 20 mins away from Marrakesh. They do run daily shuttles but the last one is at 8 pm so you have to plan your day accordingly. The taxi fares are otherwise quite expensive which we ended up paying. Otherwise, there is quite a lot to do within the property itself, breakfast was good, a few restaurants of good quality in the property to dine in and activities for the kids."

"Overall experience was amazing! Only problem we had were the mosquitos as my little one was covered in mosquito bites. Other than that everything else was perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful, food and atmosphere were pretty decent too. The hourly shuttle service to the main centre was also a bonus. I would definitely go back again minus the mosquito problem."
