The hotel claims to be 4 stars but I wouldn’t give it even 2 stars! It was very dirty, the beds had bugs and the room was full of flies, spiders and mosquitoes. I left the hotel with massive insect bites all over my body. The staff and breakfast were decent.

Not a four star but OK for the price
The hotel is supposed to be four star but it's more like a two. The rooms are very run down and the roof in the bathroom was falling in. It had holes in the roof and the paint was falling off. The beds were comfy enough which made it OK. I guess you can't complain though because it's so cheap. We were unwell one of the nights and needed to buy some water so we got it from the hotel Instead of walking looking for it. We knew it would be more expensive than the shops but it was four times more which was disappointing. The staff were friendly.

very friendly hotel, we used it twice during our visit to morocco, food was typically catered for european vistors but was ok, everything else was great!

Good budget hotel
This is more of a 3 star then 4 star. Hotel is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment but good value for money. Staff are friendly and pool is nice. Internet works well and the bar is good value. Overall OK for the money but don't expect luxury.

Le Zat - the 4* hotel back in the 60s
We stayed on the night before and after our Sahara expedition. The location is quite far off the town centre, 30min walk or had to depend on taxis. The plus side, is that it was very quiet and tranquil. Maintenance of the rooms were poor, very basic and obviously aged furniture, bare light bulbs, no toiletries except for 2 bars of soap. NO hot water in the morning. None of the luxuries one would expect from a 4* hotel, but the room was spacious and beds were large comfortable enough. Breakfast was a plate of 5 breads plus a boiled egg, with coffee and milk in a jug that smelt like gone off milk. All in all it is not a 4* hotel, but it was adequate. It had wifi in the lobby, a bar that shows UEFA, a pool under the sun, and staff that answered to our requests.

Superbilligt utan krav
Ligger dåligt till i ett smutsigt bostadsområde. Hotellet var säkert riktigt snyggt när det byggdes. I dag är det synnerligen risigt. Trasiga dörrar. Trasig TV. Simpel frukost. MEN! Det kostade också bara 283 kronor! För oss två. Så har man absolut inga krav, mer än en säng och dusch så duger det för en natt.

hotel agréable malgré sa vétusté...le personnel est très sympa et à l'écoute...le pt dej et très copieux...les chambres sont spacieuse et le linge et changé chaque jour nous avons pris un repas buffet très bien c'est un hotel bien placé et calme qui meriterait néanmoins un rafraichissement très bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel assez propre avec une grande piscine mais un bar donne sur la piscine et nous sommes obligés de passer devant le bar pour y accéder c est un peu contraignant avec le monde mais malgré des chambres usés le nettoyage est fait chq jours correctement et les draps sont changés chq jour. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très agréable, à l écoute et bien attentionné. Juste une petite altercation à la réception pour une réservation payé à l'avance en ligne sur hôtel.com mais non trouvé car ils ne connaissent que booking sans paiement préalable...et l homme de la réception s entête à vouloir nous faire régler le double du prix indiqué sur la réservation...

정원이 예뻤구요 야외 수영장도 좋았어요. 하지만 저는 4월이라 추워서 이용 못했어요~ 밖은 이국적이고 예뻤지만 룸 컨디션은 오래된 호텔이라 별로 였습니다.조식도 별로 였구요

Hotel de conception ancienne. Insonorisation à revoir, les clients des hotels pensent souvent être seuls sur terre... Excellent rapport qualité prix PDJ copieux Site calme Personnel très accueillant. A distance raisonnable de marche du centre et proche de l'aéroport ( en voiture)

Services et personnel très bien, propre mais tout est très usés, pas d'internet dans les chambres, les clients ont saccagés meubles, sols ... Immeuble totalement défraîchi et abandonné aux incivilités et à l'usure dommage car on s'y sens très bien.

ruim hotel, ruime kamers, groot zwembad en tuin, vriendelijjk personeel. Het ligt nogal ver van het centrum, in de buurt is niet veel te beleven, zodat een auto zeker aangewezen is. Ouarzazate is een aangename moderne stad, met brede wegen.

l'hotel est super sale, la piscine est trop sale, accessible a tout le monde , j'ai pas pu me baigner avec ma famille, trop de gens de l'exterieur occupait la piscine le petit dej , n'eté pas sevie a temps comme indiqué , j'ai due attendre pour qu'on me prepare un petit dej, les croissants etaient congelé, avec un arriere goute bizzarre ( odeur du congel) je vous conseille surtout pas cet hotel
