We did not like the breakfast at all. Small coffee machine, 15 to 20 people lining up for a cup of coffee. Nothing really hot. The breakfast was horrible. ⁰000

Being understanding that the property is under several reno projects at once, I can excuse the state of the building and grounds. However, the room was another thing altogether. The chairs were filthy and torn, the beds felt like they were bought from an old camp and were probably new in 1964, the floor in my room was dirty, not just a little dirty, It had not seen a mop in at least a month. The good part of staying was the night manager "Ola", he was friendly and helpful with every part of the stay. Unfortunately, that's not enough to recommend this property to even the most frugal traveler.

I was very much dissapointed with the fact that there was a renovation going on which was not mentioned when we were booking this hotel. I and my wife had a sleepless night due to the mattress being old and saggy in the middle. It was noisy throughout the night. The worst experience ever. We will never book at Quality inn again.

A goos stay. Breakfast served to go was a stale muffin and stale croissant with a couple of fruit pieces. No yogourt on day 1. Was available the next day. Room was clean. A little rundown I would return considering the price

Je le recommande vivement
Hôtel très bien situé, chambre impeccable, lits très confortables et bien que le déjeuner consiste en une boîte repas (car hôtel en rénovations), j'ai mangé plus qu'a ma faim. Dans la boîte, il y avait 1 croissant, un muffin, du fromage et des fruits frais. Également à notre disposition: du creton, des oeufs à la coque, des briques de jus de fruits et du café (kcup). À distance de marche de quelques restos (scores, casa grecque..) et d'un centre d'achat. Hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Ottawa.

Super nice room! Clean bathrooms and rooms, modern and newly renovated! Was about 10-15 minutes drive to downtown but lots of bars and food surrounding the area!

Very disappointing.. no elevator, room was outdated & not overly clean. Didn’t sleep well due to excessive partying noise in building until roughy 3:30am, and car alarms being set off in parking lot. Felt very sketchy. Would not recommend this place.
