"We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). "Having 24 hour reception was very useful. Really nice breakfast on the terrace downstairs under the shade of the building. Buffet-style with lots of choice. Room is small, but adequate and air-conditioning worked. Only quibble is the disposable plastic cups in the room. "

"Il villaggio è tenuto in cattive condizioni, le camere sono piccolissime, gli arredi sono molto vecchi e spartani, la piscina era super affollata ed il lido lascia molto a desiderare. Inoltre è molto rumoroso, il villaggio si trova accanto ad un disco pub che tiene la musica a volume altissimo fino alle 2 di notte. Almeno la pulizia delle camere non è male, ma dire che questo è un tre stelle è una follia... "
