We received the last available room that appeared to have not but updated in decades, and smelled very musty. The room was as clean as it could be, but felt dirty due to old stained grout, peeling leather couch, and smell. I woke up with some kind of a bug bite on my hand that itched terribly. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Lobby was updated and very clean, based on other reviews I’m guessing other rooms were fine. This one was not worth what we paid for it at all. To summarize my review, if they tell you it’s the last available room, skip it.

Property was clean, staff nice. Trains overnight were loud, so we didn’t sleep well.

Wish the swimming pool wasn’t always so cold. Otherwise terrific place to stay. Everyone is always friendly.

The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The heating/cooling unit was quiet and effective. The staff was super friendly and helpful. East check in. Breakfast was hot, with a good variety from which to choose. Would definitely stay again.

Having two floors yet no elevator is extremely unfortunate. I have neuropathy in my feet and had to carry my bags up the steps. Front desk was nice. Decent value and near some restaurants

Stay was ok, but the heat in the room didn’t work properly, and it was work to get the door to latch. It was about 75 degrees in the room all night, despite us turning the thermostat down to 65. Pretty noisy unit as well. The door would just push open unless you slammed it a few times. Front desk personnel were very nice.

This place was one of the nicest mid-line hotels I have ever stayed in and will absolutely stay again next time I go through. The staff was amazing. Friendly and kind. Smiled! It was so clean, you could tell that everyone that works there really cares about a job well done. You will find less expensive places to stay but you won’t find a nicer one in this area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I liked the space in the room. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. No information was given about the breakfast so we had to ask and there was a group of very loud young girls that were needing much more supervision.

The only negative at this hotel is the lack of an elevator. We walked the stairs with no problem but if we had been there a few weeks earlier after one of us had a medical procedure we would have been unable to go up the stairs

The breakfast dining area was small and limited options of selections. Our room was decent, beds were good size and comfortable. Despite the fact the bathroom was small. It was fine for our needs.
