The train stations rights in front off the hotel it very convenient. Seven eleven store just across the road, family mart and Lawson store at the back. One things they don't have is swimming pool,spa,steam rooms and a gyms. If they got all this they deserve a 5 star ratings.

Overall we had a good stay at this APA. After being in Japan for over a week, we were used to hotel rooms being generally small, but our room here was much smaller than other rooms we stayed in at other hotels. It was definitely doable for two people, but just not as enjoyable as our other experiences. The location was close to two major subway lines which made it easy to get around Osaka. No issues with cleanliness, everything was acceptable. This was a solid budget option.

The room had all the amenities, clean, comfortable bed and ac. Check in was easy and fast. Check out was just dropping your room key in a box. I have stayed at two APA hotels and both have been great.

Pros: Large breakfast selection. Unlimited TV access. Very friendly staff. Additional amenities (hot spa). Many room items provided and refreshed. Cons: Need breakfast not included in booking. Noisy neighbors (either because of tourists or loud doors) at night.

Small room, bathtub had a small area of dirtiness but the staff cleaned it up the next cleaning day. Very conveniently located bear higobashi station. Staff was friendly and spoke English. They gave us two free Japanese beers on checkin and they had fast checkout options where you just drop your key. I love that you can pay extra for late checkout times. The staff who was cleaning on our floor can be chatty sometimes but it didn't disturb my sleep.
