"Do not stay here!!! The pictures for the beach happy view room are so deceiving. Nowhere is it listed as a Murphy bed but it has to be because this room is a closet. The walls are dirty and have paint chips and cracks all over. The door is so rusted that it is very hard to open and close the door and lock it from both the inside and outside. The only plus was the ocean view from the shared balcony out front and the private out back. They list having beach chairs, umbrellas, etc available at a “first come, first serve” basis but in the 3 days we were there we didn’t see a single beach item! The elevator was clean! Our room never got touched/cleaned but we saw housekeeping each day. The shower looked semi new?? Thank god we didn’t want to cook anything because the stove was rusty but the fridge was new and clean! I will never return to Symphony Beach Club and please do yourself a favor and never stay here!"
