The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice except the noise level between rooms was extreme . The smoking of weed around the property and on balconies where I tried to relax was insane. The pool bar was only open short periods and only on Saturday/Sundays. That’s not ok when people come to relax by the pool and have a drink or two or even a bite to eat. Overall the property was nice but has a lot of flaws.

The staff was amazing. Upon them reviewing our room on their own prior to our arrival, they noticed that there was a maintenance issue and they moved our room to one with an even better view of the parks to watch the fireworks at night. They fixed the issue in the previous room and even held it for us all day while we were out so that if we still preferred that initial room, we could move at our convenience. They kept an open line of communication with us and were very attentive and responsive throughout our entire stay. Between the amazing staff and the property's features and amenities, our family will definitely be coming back!

Housekeeping left all the dirty laundry at the bottom of the stairs. We saw it there for at least 7 days straight. The washer in our unit wouldn’t rinse and the dryer broke on day one. It wouldn’t turn on. We put in a request and they were supposed to come the next day and never did come to repair it. We stayed a total of 9 nights and asked for a later checkout as our flight didn’t leave until 10:30pm and they refused it. I didn’t think that was great customer service considering the size of the complex. They said it was full which I find very hard to believe being as it was a Sunday. The room was very dusty when we arrived as if it had been cleaned but then sat for a few weeks. Also our patio doors (both) would not latch and a few days that week we came back to the door ajar from the wind. The property itself is nice and clean. The mini golf was a huge hit with our family.

The guest next to my room was sick and coughed all night for the three nights stay. Staff member kept calling and leaving letter to join membership and buy shares. She lied and said this was only for couples and single guests was being attended to. She had an attitude. Got a room furthest from the entry point and no dolley readily available to transport the 5 suitcases and other items to the room. Had to make multiple trips.for a disable person. Washing machine wasnt working properly. My clothes was wet and partially washed. Had to happen just before leave out time.

The customer service at main lobby was nice & helpful, so was the the gentleman at front gate. Unfortunately,my room was missing a few thing, like linen for the sleeper sofa. I did find hair in the tub, sink & bed area from previous customer stay. There was always a cleaning trolly on the 1st floor next to the stairs, not sure why. 🤔 The Walmart across the street, a complete nightmare 😳. I have stayed at Westgate previously, about 14 years ago & Loved It. 😍 Times have certainly changed & not always for the better. Wishing you the Best

Great place for families with a lot of dining options. You do not have to leave the property. Food was great at all places. Customer support/service was excellent. Was able to text with them regarding any questions or issues and they quickly responded almost immediately. A wide variety of pools to choose from. Make sure to go put your towel down early in the morning to reserve a place at the pools. Water Park is expensive but you can get a discount and sometimes a package with it included. Depending on your child’s height, depends on what water slides they can go on.

Nice property, close to eating places including fast food and restaurants, close to Walmart and Disneyland. I’ve stayed here multiple times with my family and we love it. We feel comfortable and safe. We’ve stayed here 3 times and will definitely to this resort. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Westgate offered just about everything you’d need we left one time by choice to the Walmart across the road. It’s gated off and felt very safe at all hours! We had a beautiful room and great stay will be going back this year and next year as well bringing more family members! Thank you

It’s our second time here. We love the amenities and restaurants at the resort. Plenty of pools and activities for adults and children! They also do a good job with scheduled activities each day. Lots to keep you busy without going to a theme park if don’t want to. The only problem is that some things close early, so you need to plan ahead an know the schedule. It’s best to make reservations at restaurants too to avoid waits. We lucked up and caught a live band this time on Friday night, which was awesome! Definitely will come back!

Property where i stayed was good but they definitely have some that are not. Im pretty sure they are the timeshares! Its Close to all the parks. Price was reasonable. But should have included the waterpark into the price smh. I woke up on the first night to go to the bathroom and i walked into a water flooded bathroom. The person above me didnt turn off the water for the tub. They sent matinance right away and he figured out what was going on. I had to do all the clean up smh!! After that i pretty much was ghosted by the resort. After complaining they finally offered a different room but by that time the flood stopped and i was to busy trying to go to all the disney parks that i just dealt with it. I have mixed feelings about this place. They seemed so occupied in there timeshare sales and didnt care about my stay ! I also paid full price for my stay! I did not do the timeshare tour/sales pitch! Multiple Timeshare Residents told me dont do it.

We thought the resort was very pretty and felt safe at the resort . Room had a chemical smell that never left the room all week. But loved the layout with the kitchen and bedroom with balcony. Everything was great until the agreed meeting for the sales pitch for the time share that we were told would last 90 minutes but lasted over 2 hours then prolonged with a second sales person double questioning if we were owners already which we told them in the beginning of the meeting that we were not . We ended up walking out of the meeting and not receiving any of the promised benefits of gift cards and free stays . Very disappointed !!! This alone would make us not want to recommend this resort to friends .

Our room was nice and clean. However, upon arrival, we were very surprised and upset to learn that we had to pay for mandatory amenities each and every day of our stay. This was not conveyed to me when I booked the reservation through Expedia.
