My room was very dated and the toilet broke 3 times… the first being day 1 after I flew in making a noise all night until maintenance came in the morning to fix. The resort is very big and calls for a lot of walking to get around and coffee shop closed at 3…. Hours not very convenient.

Me and my family have stayed at this same property 3 times before and this has to be the most disappointing time. We were here last year in April as well and the difference between now and then is night and day. The room was literally falling apart I called maintenance more than 3 times. Doors off hinges and loose plumbing also roaches in the fridge the screen on the patio also got ripped it was not a good experience as far as the hotel stay goes. I will not be returning for the money I spent it was not worth it at all I honestly was expecting a good stay, and it was not at all. Also it was very noisy smelled like weed and it was very uncomfortable stay.

Great property! The layout is nice when traveling with family. Only downside to the stay was they really push the timeshare! They have multiple people calling or putting notes on your door. They want 60-90 minutes but it’s really takes almost 3 hours for it! They get really annoyed when you say no to it
