Great kid friendly property! Waterpark and kid amenities were amazing! Only 2 complaints: the elevator broke in building 5 and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with toddlers and there was no ice machine in each building.

Very clean resort! We had issues with our door when checking in & not enough towels. They had some activities but not a lot for the wkn. Would have loved to see the Michael Jackson show but that happens on a wk day 😞The food was wonderful though!

I want to thank everyone at this hotel since check in until check out. I was celebrating my birthday, and I had a great time. The food was good, service nice. Also I had some problem at the room and immediately Jesus and Guillermo very nice persons came, friendly and kind. The only bad thing that happens was in the pool with one of the bartender they didn’t want to give us ice, I report it with the supervisor of food and beverage very kind I forgot his name and he understood the problem and toke care of it. A feedback from the rooms the floor should be change they are old. The people at the pool very nice too. Overall it was great we will be back for sure
