The property it is good for sleeping not to much noises, in a very good ubication for restaurants, shopping and theme parks. One bad thing is the maintenance of the property it is poor the elevators are terrible and during our stay the closest elevator to our room was out of service. The food is not to bad, but always the same type.

I honestly likes the stay. I just didn't like the smell in my room, smelled old or like wet carpet. The light in the room I was staying in was not functional. Over all the place was safe and quiet.

An older property which has not been maintained. The room was dingy, the bathroom had black mold around the rim of the tub, the shower diverted valve was so corroded it was stuck in the “shower” setting, the sink and counter were partially detached from the wall … this property’s only redeeming attribute was that it was not very expensive.

The blinds were very dusty to the point where there was black streaks all over them. The Bathroom door was broken as a pice of wood was ripped out of it near the door nob. One of the bed frame had a white substance on a side sticked to it. And to top it all off the elevator (apart from being extremely dirty) opened and although we pressed the bottom to go down, the doors never closed.

The room I stayed in, the bathroom was dirty, the walls had fungus and the toilet was dirty. They did not change towels or clean the room. The facilities are deteriorated, the breakfast is very limited and there is no good customer service. They have greatly neglected the facilities, rooms and customer service.

The cleanliness of the carpet, floor and furniture was not good. The air conditioning did not give any heat and it was very cold in the room. There was no blanket on the bed nor in the closet.

Honestly this property has downgraded: when I first arrive the room that I was given was totally covered with a white substance and I was greeted by a roach. The second room that I was placed in television did not work. The third and final room I was moved too did not have any internet access. Honestly I will not be returning but I must say the front desk lady tried her best but only so much she can do. I was promised a partial refund from management and that is still outstanding.
