We celebrated our honeymoon here and was gifted a bottle of champagne upon check-in. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout out stay. The only issue was our room refrigerator was broken and would not cool. We will definitely be back, but next time with the kids as it is a family friendly resort and plenty for kids to do.

The most amazing resort experience I have had in my entire life thus far. The pool, spas, and lagoon are immaculate. I spent a weekend celebrating my anniversary here and we never found a need to leave the property and in turn were very saddened to leave. Im not very wealthy so im critical in what I find valuable. This experience was worth every single penny. For those on the fence because of pricing - just do yourself a favor and try it out, dont deprive yourself of what could be some of the most amazing experiences of your life. We definitely will be back and I just have to say all Hyatt properties have been nothing less than amazing.

Would recommend to everyone. Perfect place to stay. This resort has everything you need and more. All staff were friendly and helpful from valet, lobby front desk, pool and activity attendants and house keeping. The pool drinks are delicious! Even my kids really enjoyed their virgin piƱa colada. Canā€™t wait to come back and stay again.
