This was our second stay and it was great both times nice clean rooms. The breakfast was ok but had a nice selection. I do think for the price parking should be included but if that is the only complaint we are doing ok!

The property was super clean, the front desk staff were sooo friendly they made me a complimentary Starbucks drink, i loved just about everything about this property only issue was the water in the shower did not heat to my satisfaction.... other then that i have no complaints will definitely book again!

This is a 50/50 review. I'd booked 2 rooms on an upper floor. One room was as expected, no complaints. The other room we were assigned was on a lower floor (despite paying extra for a high floor), the AC was broken and could not be turned off so it was freezing. The hotel did not assign another room or compensate us for assigning us a different room than we paid for. So obviously I'm not happy about that

Hotel is nice and not too far from Universal. I was expecting that they will ha e shuttle to the theme park, but they didn't. Breakfast was good but they did not have coffee/water after they closed breakfast.

Super.clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms. We had 2 queen beds, a small kitchen with microwave, coffe tea products. And pull out sofa. There was room to relax, a desk to catch up on emails. And breakfast.

No hot water. No warm water. Maybe lukewarm, if you consider there was some minor difference between turned from one extreme--cold, to one extreme "hot". Wasn't fixed for all 6 days I was visiting. One day there was no water at all for several hours. Roberto was an amazing front desk person. Definitely the highlight of the visit. But being unable to have a shower or faucet that reached a temperature over 80 degrees makes this a hotel a definite to be avoided. Oh, and had two rooms, and both had the same issue, so was not something limited solely to ramdom bad luck pick of a room. Requests to have it "made right" by management were ignored. Would never go back here, unfortunately. A shame too, because it was kept clean and is conveniently located. A small complaint, the elevator is SO slow. Stairs could be taken twice by the time the elevator eventually arrives. But this is a minor quibble, as i have stayed at hotels with no functioning elevators.
