We have neighbors problem ,I travel with my family two little 9 and 10 and this people drinking in outside the room and fighting each other,screaming each other ,call to reseption twice for 2 day party I never hear some security come make them stop

Over all everything was good , expected parking. I paid $30 a day, I stayed at the property for 5 days and it was hard for me to find parking when I got to the hotel every night:

This property had extremely bad rooms. The AC was leaking in the bunkbed room and entire carpet was soaking wet. The alarm on top of bunk bed was hanging with wires exposed. The bathroom towel had a dead bug in it and the bathroom floor had ants.

The room wasn’t very clean. The water park closes two hours before the pool then opens 2 hours after pool is open check out is a bit early. The food, drinks and arcade are extremely over priced. The staff in the main pool area are not friendly. It was a one time stay won’t return.

Terrible experience never would stay at this property again! I was charged $56 for “early checkin” just to be given a dirty room. The front desk was very rude unprofessional empathetic and unpleasant. They had me and my family with 2 small children waiting around on the property for 3 hours waiting for another room . When I checked out on the last day the front desk called and harassed me about a balance that was incorrect due to miss communication. No one apologize for the horrible experience they simply said we don’t know how else to help you .

There were a lot of bad reviews about this property, but don’t let that stop you!!! My family had an amazing time. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Definitely a plus. There are many dining options and they are reasonably priced. Make sure to check out the kids eat free option too. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The staff were nice and friendly. When we needed more towels, they made sure to get them in a timely manner. I don’t have any complaints and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for an awesome experience for my son’s birthday!

Was there for a convention at another property for which I didn't get a room at. Hotel was very conveinant and accessable. Parking was good. Room was clean and comfortable. I must even say, and it usually isn't good, but the in room coffee was good.

I visited this place for my nephew's birthday with a group of 19 people, renting four different rooms on the same floor, which was convenient. However, my experience was quite disappointing. My room remained humid throughout the stay because the air conditioning didn't work properly; it would turn on, but the room never cooled down. The towels stayed wet due to the humidity. The shower was filthy, and we had to wear flip-flops because the floor felt so dirty. Additionally, my key card didn't work at the gate. When we tried to call the front desk, they didn't answer. Their response to issues was to call for each problem so they could fix it, but I didn't want to spend my entire two-day stay on the phone with them. Despite these issues, I stayed because our family wanted to be on the same floor. When I arrived, someone was already at the front desk complaining about a moldy smell in their room, and there were more complaints when I checked out. It's unacceptable to pay so much for substandard rooms. Furthermore, there was no handicap parking for our two older guests. Housekeeping used the elevator frequently, causing delays for us. Overall, I would not recommend or stay at this location again.

Location is great and we enjoyed the resort activities however to pay a resort fee daily and not be able to utilize the resort amenities was a huge let down. it was 95 degrees and no ice machines in any of the buildings were working, no housekeeping unless we called, not even fresh towels. Breakfast isn’t included and pretty pricey, the pool inflatable slides were not up for the kids to use, and the mini fridge/freezer in the room didn’t work. Lots of inconveniences unfortunately.

During my stay, I had two fraudulent charges charged to my card from this hotel. The first time, I was charged $160, and was told by the manager I would be refunded 5-10 business days. The second time, I was charged $564, and immediately got it back on my card after speaking to the manager, but then was charged another $200 “deposit hold” which I had already been charged for. This hold I still have not gotten back. I have called the hotel, they told me it was sent to the wrong card, not my card on file. They would reverse the refund and send it to the right card, but it would take another 10-14 business days…it has been well over that now, and I still don’t have that $200. We go to Florida every year for Cheering events, and I will never stay here again. The staff and the people we met were wonderful, but I am not a rich person. I don’t have the time to be stolen from, and unable to do extra outings with my children while on our trip, as we save up all year for this.

Any of the reviews that you read about the conditions of the property being poor is accurate. They charge way too much for the condition of the property. Thankfully we o ly stayed one night. Usually i really like Holiday Inns, but this is a hard pass. Stay somewhere else.

Our kids loved the arcade and pool, but the pool was very crowded most nights. Housekeeping wasn’t frequent but when we requested items they delivered them quickly. Overall a decent hotel up stay at with family.

Everything was great with the waterpark and checking in. Room wasn’t cleaned once during our 5 night stay. When we asked staff workers they would get super upset and just say “I don’t speak English” when I complained the housekeepers came in and just made the queen size bed and didn’t bother to make the bunk beds or clean the bath room. I wiped the floor with a towel and was disgusted on the amount of dirt that came out seem to have not been cleaned in a long time.

The room floor was disgusting to say the least…my baby feet were black from crawling around on them… I had to clean the floor myself because no one came to clean them. Took 3 towels to clean floor. had no wash clothes, the tv in bedroom was broken, my daughter cut herself on a tile in pool, no towels at the oasis pool another family said there were no towels since 3p earlier so no one checks area, the was friendly but did not speak English, everyone was nice! However u can tell there is zero management to see over areas
