Nice as a Investment home, could be better done
This is a decent place, would like to own it myself :), that said, The garage is NOT a garage, it is a pool table room. Didn't know that until I got there. The furniture is nice, but dated like 15 to 20 years, couches are newer, TV's really small in rooms, nice large TV in the main living area. The fridge did NOT have a ice maker :( The basic kitchen home wares were good, glasses, plates silverware. I didn't cook so I don't know if all pots and pans where there or the oven worked. If they did a few changes, like new bathrooms #1, fridge with ice maker, it would be 4 star, can't do much about the garage so I could never give it 5 starts. The price was great for what I wanted, so I gave it 3 stars, and I would recommend the place to others, telling them what they are lacking and make sure the pool was clean before arrival.

The swimming pool is serviced weekly and the pool surface was stained at the time of your arrival. The swimming pool has been renovated with a new diamond bright surface and looks fabulous. Fabulous first week in florida!!
We had an amazing time staying at a 3 bed villa in the Legacy Park area. The villa was so well equipped and the private pool was wonderful day or night. The whole villa was exceptionally clean and I didn't mind keeping it in the condition we found it in- it is someone's home after all. Tiny grip was the lack of wifi instructions- didn't get access the whole week and I think the mattresses on the beds need replacing as they were all very squeaky. Other than that a private stay and we will definitely be staying again!!

This was our fifth stay in Florida with Florida Vacation Villas. We will definitely be be back again. The houses are always extremely clean and comfortable. They are located in great areas close to all popular attractions. We also love having our own private pool.

Very nice and clean villa
We rented a villa (a house) for our Winter holidays vacation. The house was in a very good condition, clean, ready for us. The pool was clean and heated for our arrival. Mostly, everything worked and was to our satisfaction. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful vacation home
We loved the home we stayed in for our vacation. Our one and only recommendation would be to consider the comfortability of the beds. The master suite bed was very hard and left us stiff and sore making it hard to get going in the morning. Other than that the home was perfect. The pool was wonderful every night to unwind after a day at the parks. Nice location, loved the daily visit from a pair of cranes that would greet us every morning. We spent out Christmas and New Year at this home and we would again in a heartbeat. It became our home away from home even for Christmas dinner.

Great place to stay
We rented a house with private pool, and had a great time. The house was beautiful, pool was just the right size and had all the amenities we could ask for. Having a washer and dryer made it easy for us to pack light. Only troubles were, the pillows are so flat, we bought some new pillows and left them there for future guests. The pool heat wasn't working for a couple of days, but we mentioned the problem to the management and it was promptly resolved, along with a partial refund for our troubles. I would recommend Florida Vacation Villas as a place to stay to get away from the crowds and noise of a resort at the end of a long day among the crowds at the parks.

Basic house with most of what was needed
It was an older house that was clean and had a pool and games room. However, the stove door didn't close properly and two of the stove top elements did not work. Only a 'starter' amount of toilet paper was provided which doesn't help when you run out while still on the toilet. On check out we were told to wash towels but they didn't provide laundry detergent. They charge $25 per day for the games room and $30 per day for heated pool water. For seven days this would be an extra $385. Luckily we didn't add them to our rental and in the end it was a good thing because they were already provided. If your tastes are standard the house is fine just ask what is not provided and what you need to bring before you leave.

Fantastic villa in a great location.
This is the second time we have used Florida Vacation Villas for our stay in Orlando and again they didn't disappoint. When we e-mailed them to confirm our stay DeAnna was so helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same villa as last year, which made our holiday. The villa was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable with a fantastic pool. It's location is fab, next to all attractions and within easy reach of all main roads. The service received from DeAnna from Holiday Vacations was exemplary when arranging our villa booking and no request was too much trouble. We would definitely book again and have no hesitation in recommending them. A fab holiday, in a fab villa and thanks very much to DeAnna.

Super villa only one thing having to pay 75 dollar
Fab villa just don't see why you have to pay an extra cleaning fee when we where ther for three weeks and cleaned our selves if we had been in a hotel it would have been cleaned most days ? Ps there was no hotel staff it was a self catering villa but there was a lady we contacted and she was efficient .

Very Comfortable Pool Home
This was a two week stay in June/July and although the villa was in need of a bit of up-dating it was still very comfortable and the pool was a great benefit. The rooms were spacious and the villa came with wi-fi which made it easy for us to book restaurants and fast passes for Disney. It took about about half an hour to get to Disney. Our villa was in Loma Bonita Drive, easy to get to from the airport and not far away from any of the area attractions. The pool was solar powered so felt very warm which is not always what you want on a hot day. The pool area was really comfortable and we had all our meals outside. The kitchen had everything you needed, the bedrooms were great for a family of four as we all felt we had our own space. The bed in the main bedroom was on the small side by American standards but was very comfortable. We had a problem with a wasps nest outside our villa and I rung the management company in the morning and by the time we came back from a day at Universal the nest had been removed so very impressive service. I think having to leave at 10.00 am on the day of the departure is a bit difficult, especially for UK visitors as most flights are in the afternoon, but I suppose they need to get the villa cleaned for the next visitors. We really felt like the villa became home for the two weeks and were very upset when we had to leave, we would have no hesitation in returning to this villa and would recommend this to anyon

A big let down
This is the second time I have tried to post this review. I stayed back in April and was very unhappy with the property I received. Before arriving I arranged to pay extra for the pool to be heated and was delighted to receive an email back saying that they were upgrading us to a 4 bedroom executive house with a games room and spa, which we could get heated for an additional cost. We jumped at the chance thinking we were going to get something special. When we arrived I found the whole house to be rather shabby and in need of an update. No flat screen TV's, a broken shower door, some weird kiddie fish stickers on the wall, a face cloth full of holes and a dart board with no darts! The owners were obsessed with post it notes, they were in all the kitchen cupboards with do's & don'ts. There was a stack of old Florida tourist attraction books with yet more post it notes stuck in them dating back to 2004, pretty sure some of this info was out of date now. We found operating instructions for spa which said it does not heat up warmer than the pool which we were led to believe it would and had paid extra for, we complained to the Management Agency and requested our money back for this and they said the spa info in the property was wrong. We complained about various things and Deanna said she would refund us some money to our credit card on our return but have heard nothing. This was meant to be a holiday of a lifetime celebrating my 40th Birthday so felt it was ruined.

4 bed house less than 20 mins from the Disney park
We have just had the best holiday ever. We stayed in a 4 bedroom house with its own pool and games room. 18 miles from the Disney parks and Universal The house was within a mile of the I4 freeway giving easy access to Kenedy Space Centre and other attractions. The house was the same price as the hotel but gave the whole family more freedom to have thing our way. Thank you Expedia as you got us the holiday of our dreams and at a great price.

4 bedroom Davenport location
The house we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and had many extra amenities such as the private screened pool, fully functioning kitchen, a games room, gated and an alarm system. We wished we had allocated a little extra time to simply relax there and enjoy the pool. We would return in a heartbeat! We were a little put off by the attempt to charge us extra for amenities already included in the house, such as being gated, a games room, wifi, a hot tob. Before renting the house we were asked what amenities we wanted additional. We went with the wifi which was $15 a day but declined paying for the rest. As it was we ended up in the gated community and had the use of a games room even though we didn't pay extra for it.

Quiet Neighborhood
We had a good time at our stay with Florida Vacation Villas. We stayed in a quiet neighborhood inside a gated community. The villa was beautifully decorated and welcoming. Our son LOVED the private pool! Communication with customer service before the stay seemed to be a bit difficult, but for the most we enjoyed Florida Vacation Villas.

Beautiful house, lovely size, well kept, clean.
We loved staying here, we didn't use the 3rd bedroom with the single beds as the girls loved having their own rooms with double beds and tvs each. The kitchen was nice although not equipped for any serious cooking - good excuse to eat out or get take out. Our bedroom was lovely with ensuite. We didn't use the living room, dining room or additional tv room but the pool table and air hockey table in the garage were great fun. We did have a few minor issues which we reported to the management team and they were fixed straight away. We did not pay the extra to heat the pool in April and did use the pool a few times - it was chilly! The house has a few wear and tear points but it was one of the highlights of our holiday and was only 10mins from Disney so really added to our holiday. Thanks to DeAnna at the management company, she was lovely and helpful pre-holiday and during it.

Why stay anywhere else?
Amazing 4 bedroom home close to everything. The home we stayed in was a beautiful 4 bedroom with a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living room with cable and dvds, sitting area overlooking backyard, dining room, laundry room and a garage turned into a games room (ping pong, foosball and darts). There was 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 rooms each with 2 single beds and a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (another 4 piece bath was also just off the bedroom area). The backyard had a nice private pool and jetted tub, lounge chairs, a patio set for outdoor dining and was enclosed by a lanai - a real plus was the totally fenced backyard which made everything completely private. Check in was super easy, just emailed the property manager a few days before arrival and she sent us the address and codes for the lock box (which had the house key) and alarm. Just had to show up and let ourselves in. DeAnna (property manager) was great during our stay as well, always quick to respond when we had questions. The house was fully stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, dishes and even had pool toys and games, books and DVDs, we really only needed our clothes and basic cleaning supplies (soaps, etc.). I doubt we'll ever stay anywhere else when we visit Florida in the future, can't wait to go back!

Loma Linda house
This was a fantastic house with a great location. The master bedroom had an ensuite and there was a separate bathroom for the children! Also, there was a nice pool which was enclosed, so there was plenty of privacy. Disneyworld and the other parks were 15 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for reasonably priced accommodation close to Disneyworld. We all loved the house, including some hard-to-please children. Fabulous!

So good we didn't think we'd paid enough
Our resent stay with Florida Vacation Villas was your best stay in the US for the last 15 years and we are already saving for next time. We had great communication from Deanne at Florida Vacation Villas before our stay as we paid extra for pool heat. (March Holiday) We arrived in the early evening but everything was ready to go. The Villa was beautiful, amazingly clean and full of everything we needed and hoped for. The main living room / dining area was huge with a massive tv ( for the evenings), perfect pool and spar with loads of outdoor space and pool toys. Free fast wifi was great. The garage had been converted into a games room with darts, pool and fooze ball. TV's in every bedroom. X Box for the boys room too. Very good security and a quiet gated community with permanent residents / neighbours which made the area more friendly too.

Beautiful Home Convenient Location
We rented a three-bedroom three-bath house with pool. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Easy to get to all attractions from the home as well as to Cocoa Beach. Would definitely do this again.

Good accommodation for a large family
There were a few things lacking. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows terrible. Cooking supplies in dire need of replacing ment. There were only 6 shower towels for accommodation that sleeps 8. 4 beach towels which were ready for the rag bin. Not even basic starter supplies such as dish soap were supplied

The house was nice, spacious and clean. The pool was great and the kids were in it all the time. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were bottom of the line with springs poking you everywhere. For being such a nice home, you would think that a little more would be spent on the mattresses than on the bedding.

Fantastic House Rental!
This is our second trip staying with Florida Vacation Villas. The houses have always been clean, and are located close to restaurants, shopping and theme parks. They are perfect for young families that are looking to vacation in Florida (equipped with strollers, play pens, high chairs, etc.). I have nothing but great memories of our time spent in the house. The heated pool is a must! Absolutely fantastic!

Great villa - great pool!
We stayed in a great bungalow with many amenities, including a private pool and games room. The pool heat made it possible for the kids to swim even though the weather was not super warm. It was close to everything, clean, and the agent was amazing. We would definitely book through this company again.

Gliding Camp at Seminole Lake gliderport.
The villa we rented was very clean and well appointed. It fitted our needs perfectly and was a great base for 4 glider pilots and our wives during a Central Florida gliding trip. The property management company involved (in this case "Florida Vacation Villas") responded quickly to the two minor issues that occurred during our stay.....if losing the WIFI can be considered "minor" these days LOL. We will definitely do this again for a future similar gliding trip or family vacation. It was great value for money.

Beautiful 4 bedroom house with a pool
The house that we stayed in was more than expected. Way too much for just the 2 of us that stayed there. It could have easily housed 2 families of 4 each. It is self serve, meaning that there is no maid service, very little supplies and a phone call to the management of the property will get you voice mail. If you're ok with this then it is a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed in a lovely house with a pool. It was truly fantastic. Our kids loved it! The house was fairly clean if you didn't look too closely at the corners. :) We found a couple of roaches, but perhaps this is the norm for that location. I read in the Florida Vacation Villa binder provided that there is monthly pest control so I was pleased to see that. Loved having laundry facilities and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. DeAnna from Florida Vacation Villas was fantastic. We needed maintenance and service was prompt. I would definitely rent from this organization again, and will request this particular house in the future. I recommend it to anyone, particularly families. I won't do hotels again!

LOVED everything about my stay. We got upgraded to a 4 bedroom/3 bath big game room! We seen fireworks from our pool area, this house was amazing! Simpling amazing. We honestly cried when we were leaving :(
