Front desk service was excellent, always very helpful and frienly. Excellent breakfast service included. Closer to the parks with transportation available. Room was clean and common areas are very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Understaffed. Long wait for checking in. The front desk person is attending check in and convenience store in the hotel. Room was ok. It was clean but outdated. Shower head is shaking, tub has cracks. I didn’t get to sleep on the first night because the whole room smelled like sweat. They can’t change my room because they were fully booked. I told the housekeeping supervisor about it and she put a machine to make the smell go away. But it still lingered.Breakfast is good, breakfast staff were friendly and nice. The hotel could use some updates. Other than that, my stay was ok.

Bathrooms need an upgrade and clean. Towels and bathtub need a change urgent. Summary, the bath conditions don't match with the rest of the clean of the hotel. Towels smell really bad.

Rented 2 rooms for one night. I read lots of reviews and this was good for price and quality. Room was really cold and clean. Only thing is the mattress sunk and my sister said same thing about her room. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. We would stay again.

The complimentary shuttle services to Disney are very limited. Told to book an hour before the departure time and it was already full, no additional runs, told to take an uber to the park. Thankfully we had rented a car. The rooms show the age of the hotel, some had a musty smell and rust on the lamp shades.

Lady who checked us in and out was extremely rude. The room we reserved was given away and we were given a smaller room with no accommodations. Breakfast was ok but not great. The pool was so cold that we couldn’t t even swim.

Dont like: Two of three elevators out of service most of our stay there. I like the proximity to Magic Kingdom and other Disney theme park; the complimentary shuttle can be improved giving more time choices to go and return to parks.

Roaches in the room, that had to be sprayed for twice. Tried to change rooms, but nothing was available since they were full. Rooms are extremely dated, not very clean and need to be updated. Transportation to and from marriot world center is spotty at best and unreliable. If I was staying here with my family and not for a government paid business trip I would have changed hotels. I loved how the three hotels were located on a gated property and its amenities especially the Starbucks and 24 hour gym. The area was clean, safe and beautiful. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

We loved our stay! Very convenient for our Disney trip. The free shuttle service was a great perk. Only wish there were a few more drop off/pick up times available throughout the day. There were terrific food options not only on property but within a short walk as well. Nothing is cheap but the quality makes up for that. I take that back they offer a FREE breakfast with everything you could think of. Staff kept it stocked too. The hotel rooms themselves were very clean and room service was thorough. We will definitely book here again if we are ever in the area in the future.

The property was nice, not too far from disney and universal parks. My only complaint is that they don’t provide any complimentary water bottles in the room. There was no vending machine either in the floor and we had to buy water bottles from reception and it was too costly. The breakfast lacked variety, we stayed 5 days and had the exactly same breakfast everyday.

Room did not sleep four as represented on their website. Called front desk multiple times with no answer. Carpet was patched poorly, windows were unable to be seen out AND the elevator is probably the world record holder for the absolute slowest. Use the stairs. Staying at multiple hotels on this trip; this is the worst one.
