Service was absolutely terrible. We had a room for 6 people they refused to even give us pillows for the extra bed in the room. There is a kitchen in the room but absolutely nothing to use in the kitchen. They did not want to give us extra towels either with only three towels in the room and we had 6 people in ours.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with something!! She was the best. Rooms are very decent, clean, and have great size! My only complaint is the feel of the bed! If you like firm, you’ll be just fine. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I hope this helps someone bc I definitely wouldn’t have stayed if I knew the beds were so hard! Other than that, great place!!!

I like nothing, there was nothing unique about this property. It was me and my family first experience there and it will be our last. Service sucks!! I highly do not recommend anyone to book there. Hotel smells, pool is dirty, no breakfast, they have roaches in the rooms, only one stove top works, the list goes on…My family and I did not enjoy our stay. We were unsatisfied. Never again will we return!!!

Loved the room, could update the bathroom a little but it’s okay. I loved and appreciated the customer service just a little disappointed I had to come down and reset my key card like 3 times but overall great room very spacious we had a king bed pool view.

Just an old hotel it seems… stuff was broken in the hotel room, old rusty iron, old bed, just felt like it needs an update. Also, it felt like the walls were very thin, we could hear the neighbors tv clearly which made it hard to sleep..

This place was so dirty. The rooms stunk like cigarette smoke! No cleaning rooms (only every 2 weeks!!!!) You had to bring your dirty towels downstairs and trade them for clean ones each day! Continental Bf! No way! There was tiny to go muffins and SOMETIMES oatmeal packets… if they ran out, they ran out. I understand they’re understaffed but NO ONE was ever at the front desk…. You had to go to the hall and knock on an office door. It was a very unpleasant experience!

Fine stay for me, close to the parks which is the reason I chose this property. Definitely think the rooms could use an upgrade with things that are typically found in hotel rooms (hair dryer was old, no coffee machine) and the breakfast could definitely use an upgrade too. Right next door is a hotel that you can get a free hot breakfast with many more options than packaged muffins and granola bars.

Front desk is nice staff, every single surface in the room is sticky as if wiped down with a rag dipped in soda. Room has a thick pungent smell that is hard to describe, possibly a mixture of cleaning chemicals. Left windows open all day and it did nothing to free my nostrils from the full blown force of the stench that hits like a a prime Mike Tyson.

They cancelled my reservation with no warning. I showed up and they told me they cancelled it and had no rooms available. I believe they charged me my deposit and will be challenging it with my credit card company.
