This motel is very nasty. Dirty shower with cracks in the floor. Air conditioner and heater did not work. Talked to older gentleman and he just shrugged his shoulders. Side walks cracked and are a trip hazard. They advertised refrigerator and microwaves and there were.none.

Firstly, the room I have booked wasn't available, therefore, I had to accept whatever room was available. I booked for pool view with king size bed but instead I was offered road view with two single beds. The bed sheets and pillows looked clean and bed was okay. However, the rest of the room was terrible. The TV wasn't working and the ceiling was in a terrible condition. The hairdrier was so nasty that I couldn't even touch it. Price was fair but for the condition of the room I believe I overpaid. Other than that the location and the parking was good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about cleanliness.

Room smelt like smoke and cat pee. Walls had what looked like snot streaked on them. Curtains had cigarette burns and blood stains. Bed had stains and hair in it, couldn't tell if the sheets were clean.

The horror
The place was just completely run down. It looked like there had been a flood. Everything was old and scratched up the room they gave me the dresser drawer at the bottom was literally hanging off. They also had roaches. The whole place needs to be remodeled it looks really nice online but it is a trick to get you in the door. Then not only that the staff is rude. And they can't do their job properly the next day after I checked in they came knocking on the door at 7:30 in the morning asking for my ID because someone checked me in under a different name and put me in a different room so the room I was in was supposed to be vacant. And then he tells me oh I just had to make sure because sometimes homeless people break into these rooms. So I say sir I'm not a homeless person you are disturbing me at this point. Then when I told him about my stay and the roaches he just said oh well and kept moving didn't apologize for anything. then to top it off I seen the smoke detector unplugged in the closet. They need to do better. Then they make you pay $100 deposit for what? They need to pay me up a deposit for staying there and being so traumatized from that experience that place is ran down. But if you don't have that much money and you're desperate by all means it's a very nice place I give it a two out of 10. And that's being nice. I mean how much is it to go get some paint. And then some Peyton tape so when you paint the wall it's not all on the ceiling that just looks so horrible.

Not worth the money I paid
Room wasn’t as described, did not look like the photos at all. No microwave, no fridge, very outdated, nasty/dirty curtains, nasty/dirty ironing board, one light fixture didn’t work, very dim in room because it was only one light fixture. No main light. Roaches. No phone in the room in case of emergency. Some outlets didn’t work. I will not stay here again!

Not at all like advertised
Half of the hotel is abandoned and falling apart. Open curtains showed no furniture and trash in rooms. The front staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. The website shows continental breakfast but they don’t serve any breakfast of any kind. There was a fitted sheet but no sheet to cover with on the bed. The bed was hard and the 2 blankets on it were very thin. Would not recommend.

Never feel safety there . They hotel is bad condition. My room was dirty they carpet was not clean. My tv was not working. My shower towels from bathroom had hairs . Same day I did my check in a did my check out in 4 hours. Also am still waiting for my 100 dollars they take from my debit card. Definitely NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I don’t understand how fire department and city inspector they shut down they hotel .

When I arrived it took about 20 minutes to check in. The room was outdated and the safe didn’t have a lock. I had to put a 100.00 deposit on a prepaid room, then to top it off, when I went to shower before leaving, there wasn’t any hot water. I do not recommend this place at all.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days, but ended up leaving the next morning. The overall area was not clean, the room smelled like cigarrette or tobacco, noise aroud (guests screaming, cursing…), strange people in the surroundings. We had stayed before and it was not like that. Needs some TLC. As I say one thing, I also have to mention that the staff were super helpful and were very understanding.

Left the first day after booking a three night stay. Not safe at all was with a girl group and the door was broken open and the lock is coming off the door. We didn’t feel safe to stay there ended up going somewhere else I called for a refund and was told I’d get charged for regular price for the one night but never heard back.

BED BUGS, DIRTY, UNSAFE
My friends and I were here for less than 6 hours (most of that time we weren’t even there) before we noticed LITERAL BEDBUGS. We already felt uneasy considering there were actual crackheads wandering around and people were staring and watching us HARD. This is absolutely NO place for women to stay alone, not family friendly, not friendly period. It is FILTHY and disgusting, and the pictures are extremely misleading. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the General Manager for 4 days now, and every time I reach out he just so happens to be out of office. They won’t refund me for the first night even though we, again, weren’t even there 6 hours, and we were packed up and out by 11:30pm!! The staff is rude, the area is actually terrifying, the hotel is disgusting, and BED BUGS!!!! Did I mention bedbugs??? And they don’t seem alarmed, nor do they care. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Pleaseeeee do not waste your time or money. Literally the Motel 6 would’ve been nicer than this one.

I felt very unsafe!!
The property was filthy, trash everywhere in the parking lot, many homeless people sleeping on the grounds. The lobby smelled and very dirty. The room was unsanitary, old stained carpet, smelled like mold and looked like door had been broken into. A knocked on my door several times saying he was manager. It was not! I called lobby , they came down , chased him away and I told them I would not be staying as I felt unsafe. Do not stay here!

The picture from Expedia definitely looked different. First, I got charged half of the payment in the morning when at check out on Expedia I selected to pay the full amount upon check-in which is unacceptable to me because that’s not what I approved to do. that’s the first thing! Besides that when I got to the hotel, a gentleman was walking across the street. I parked the car in front of the lobby & got out, I’m guessing he must’ve seen me get out because at some point he ended up back in front of the hotel. It took five minutes or less for me to finish check in & get the keys(when I found out that they had charged me half already, which again absolutely ridiculous cause I didn’t prove for them to charge my card twice!) so I got the keys & the lady let me know that the room would be all the way in the back I said OK. I walked back out to the car & my friend sat in the passenger seat. I told her we were in the back she was like ok. So I drove to the rear of the building, & as I drove that same guy wearing a sleeve cut black hoodie with black shorts & New Balances/Reeboks that were black w/white trim or black w/silver trim, smoking a cigarette, white guy brown hair don’t know what color his eyes are, was at the front of the building & watched us turn the corner. I backed into the parking spot & watched him as my friend got out the car, & he basically followed us to our room & watched us get out. We checked the room(smelled bad and like “cigs”)WE LEFT! & found a different hotel.

Mold on ceiling, bath frame, and no washroom fan. Broken towel holder, toilet seat not screwed on properly. The walls and floors look like they haven’t been washed or changed in years. Floors were sticky. The hotel claims on Expedia that it’s a 10min walk to universal when it’s actually a 30 min walk to just the security check point. Hair elastics and other garbage in the pool. Thin towels, and they’re very persistent on making sure you don’t get extra towels. Signs of homelessness in the hallways (duffle bags, food garbage, and bikes). The air conditioner wasn’t properly wasn’t properly sealed, and you could easily hear conversations outside. Sleep disrupted multiple nights by various noise incidents: a man banging and trying to break into his room for almost an hour, a firetruck outside (reason unknown), and swear I heard a hit and run in the parking lot. Honestly didn’t want to look outside and get involved. The staff were super friendly, and kind. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel. Very convenient for transportation.
