Location is good and convenient. We stayed 5 nights, they never cleaned our room until the last day in the morning. The cleaning lady knocked on our door 3 times (8:30am, 10:00am, and 10:15am) even though I told her to come back later around 10:45am on the first knock! We had to call the front desk ourselves to get some clean towels on 3rd day after we came back from the theme park. Also, sometimes the water in the toilet keeps running, which is very annoying.

Love the staff, how close to places is, love the room and how clean was everything. The only thing I did not like was that had to pay for parking.

Nice location. We booked a king room, actually got a queen room, and when we called the front desk the guy argued with us. We have a king bed at home, we know the difference.

Beautiful hotel, we loved the castle theme ! We were only in Orlando for the night to get my daughter to a test/procedure at the Children’s hospital the next morning so our experience was short . The staff was so welcoming and pleasant . We were accommodated with a late checkout so that my daughter was able to take a nap and shower before the long drive home which really made a difference for us ! The room was clean and comfortable and there was a great view of the Orlando eye from the rooftop terrace ! The hotel is within walking distance of some great restaurants as well as Icon park . Just read the fine print on the room service menu as the 10$ brownie turned into 22$ after charges . We would definitely stay here again !

Such a pretty place.
It was honestly such a nice hotel to stay in. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and the room looks just like the pictures. It was a good walking distance to the the eye so I can’t complain.

Hotel was in a great location and parking was super easy. The only con was that the carpets in the room were a bit damp, but that could be because of the humidity outside. Overall, we loved the hotel and we will stay here again.

When you ask for room service to clean, you will need to ask again and again and again and then you might get it. The housekeepers act like they do not understand English and then start speaking English. Housekeepers need further training on customer service and when you service a room do your job not half- ass.

Loved staying here! It’s such a unique building and it looked so pretty inside with the Christmas Decorations. The room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely stay again. It was a perfect last-minute stay to celebrate our anniversary!

Excellent overall. I didn’t like they charged me for the parking spot and the room services supervisor tried to open my door so early in the morning as there strategy to kick me out early. Breakfast was delicious for a fear price.

OK, but...
Housekeeping did not come when we were out of the room & when she came she didn't put fresh garbage bags in the garbage canisters. Had to request empty tea/coffee cups etc. This was disappointing. Expected better

I’d stay over and over
We were able to check in early and the service was so pleasant. It was also decorated beautiful for Christmas. I have no complaints at all. It’s also close to everything you need.
