There is not one single thing about this fabulous home that is negative. Beautiful, well stocked, very clean, huge back yard, perfect pool. Beds are so comfy. Just beautiful!!!!

Celebrating my moms 95 birthday
Very nice and comfortable for a large group gathering. All the rooms were very comfortable. 3 bedrooms had there own bathroom. Easy location, beautiful backyard, walkable neighborhood. Publix very close.

Wonderful Stay
We had a WONDERFUL stay! We stayed at the house for Christmas and they had it decorated just so beautiful for the holidays. It was the perfect place to spend relaxing time with family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and more! We did cook some meals and it was well stocked with all the cookware and utensils. Beautiful house and decore with modern appliances. Great backyard with a big pool! Our host was very nice. We definitely will come back to stay again!! Very happy and pleased with everything 😀 ❤️

Wedding party rental
We rented Juan’s house for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It easily accommodated all 7 bridesmaids and the pool area provided amazing pictures!! We were able to have all the girls hair and makeup done in the large dining/living space and had plenty of room for 11 girls, 2 moms, and 3 makeup artists. The house was perfect for our weekend! Highly recommend!!

Favorite VRBO
This was our second stay at Casa Bella. We stayed for two weeks. Juan is an amazing host and this property is so nice and well equipped that it feels like coming home. We spent most of our time in the wonderful outdoor space, swimming in the best pool ever and lounging around reading books. The home is close to everything we wanted to do in Winter Park which I think is the best town in Central Florida. I genuinely love this place and can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect for a big family reunion
We had four grown kids with a couple spouses and our aging mom here for four days. The house is very comfortable and well set up. we appreciated the immediate availability of the host, who's a super nice guy. There's a well stocked kitchen and we loved having three king bedrooms w/ baths and a good 4th room with twin beds, and another bathroom. The pool is REALLY good, large and deep. Overall this home met our needs completely and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Business goes well
I am a frequent user of VRBO. This property did not disappoint. I rented this for a business trip with others from the office. It was an enjoyable stay. Did not have to worry about anything...all if included. Met Juan when we were checking out...he is a very gracious host. Never had to contact him for any issues while we stayed. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Family Home! Great for Entertaining
Our family - grandparents, parents, and siblings, had the pleasure of staying at Casa Bella for our daughter's college graduation from Rollins. Casa Bella was a perfect fit given we all had our own bedrooms, many with ensuites, great wifi, the pool, and the open floor plan made for a wonderful area to gather with friends.

This property is amazing. It has everything you need and more. It was perfect for a big family get together. The owners have thought of pretty much anything you would need for a large get together. It was very clean upon arrival and we were thrilled with our choice. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Under rated from the outside but inside Casa Bella was like an oasis! It smelled good and fresh. From the zen, open space in the house to the vibrant pool in the backyard! Wonderful and peaceful image! Rooms were spacious and clean. Just wish the bedroom pillows came with a variety of firmness. There were a lot of bugs flying around (Oh, Mother Nature!) especially the front yard at night, we just avoided using the front door. Otherwise, Casa Bella is a quiet haven, It is well equipped and has actual comfortable furniture. I got lucky to be able to use the pool a couple of late afternoons when the temperature wasn’t chilly. I would still want to come back!

GREAT family home!
In town for a wedding in next door Winter Park, we had three adult couples and a four year old thoroughly enjoy this well maintained and spacious pool home. Juan was a superb local host, and we're delighted to highly recommend this property to anyone needing a beautiful refuge in the Maitland/Winter Park neighborhhoods.

Perfect for family gatherings
This house, from the minute we walked in, was just perfect! It was very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. Juan went over and above with thoughtful extras to anticipate most any need or want. We spent most of our time on the lania overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape that made us feel relaxed and renewed. We recommend this 5 star home for any family coming to Orlando or surrounding areas.

Family Christmas Gathering
We had a wonderful time at this property with our family. It was clean, very well maintained, spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much. We did a lot of cooking and baking and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we could have needed. It was wonderful! The owners provided everything we needed - the shampoo, conditioner, body wash - were great! Bring your own shower scrunchy. The washer and dryer were fantastic and we really used them a lot over the course of a couple of weeks. Beds were very comfortable and I have nothing negative to say about anything in the house at all. Super clean and lovely. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the pool. We booked this property because it had a beautiful private pool in the backyard and our family would have loved that. The pool in the advertising says that the depth of the pool keeps the pool "refreshing," but in reality, there is no heater, and it was so cold it was unusable. Despite that, if you don't care about the pool, our stay was perfect and the property was beautiful.

The home is updated and accomodates a large group. We enjoyed our stay there. The pool is not heated and if you want to check in a few hours early or late, there is an additional charge. We have rented many VRBO's and I have not found that this is the norm.

We have stayed at several VRBO properties, Casa Bella has been the best equipped property by far. The kitchen has every utensil you could need. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. The bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as many towels. The fenced yard with pool has several seating areas. Indoor and outdoor this property is perfect for hosting large families or several couples. Thanks to Juan for helping us celebrate our daughter’s wedding.

Our adult daughter lives in Orlando and we visit often. We’ve stayed in properties in multiple areas around the city and this was our favorite. The inside of the house was modern and well equipped and the outside area and neighborhood was reminiscent of old Florida with beautiful trees and a huge 12 ft deep pool which is where we spent the majority of our week. Publix is less than a mile from the house and Winter Park was only a 5 minute drive so both eating out and dining in were as easy as you could want on vacation. We will definitely book Casa Bella again next time we visit our daughter.

We arrived on Wednesday the property had been booked for months so this was not a last minute or unexpected rental. We arrived at 4:30 PM and a pool company was there cleaning the pool that was murky and full of algae. We were told that the pool would not be available until the next day, hopefully. Well we checked out on Sunday and the pool was still covered in algae and unswimmable. It was extremely hot while we were there and the house never got to a comfortable temperature. We had to go Walmart to buy several fans to make it tolerable. We moved some glass cocktail tables so the kids would be safer and were informed that because we “rearranged furniture” we would incur an additional $300 charge. (Which was charged then refunded). We contacted the host Juan on Wednesday but he never called us or texted us back. Well not until Sunday afternoon to tell us he was charging us an additional fee. If you are there for Winter Park or Maitland this is a convenient location but if the theme parks are your destination you are 45 minutes away with regular traffic. I have experienced much nicer properties and and definitely better hosts on VRBO.

We had to enforce some rules as our last resource. We reconsider it, in the guest favor, and refunded the extra fee. We have the rules for everyone to follow them. We do not allow guests to remove furniture nor to extend their check out time without a mutual agreement or additional fee. When detrimental for our business it is better to let go, wish them the best and advise everyone to read the next guest review. We are proud of our great customer service and gorgeous properties.

The PERFECT home!
The amenities at this property far surpassed any we have ever encountered at a vacation rental! The space was perfect for a large family gathering: a BR and bath for everyone, a TV in each room and a beautiful pool for all to enjoy. The home was the ideal place to host our son's rehearsal dinner for 25!

Lovely Fun House
The outside looks ordinary but the inside and backyard are beautiful. It was wonderful to have all the bathrooms and multiple sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is connected to both the indoor living space and outdoor areas. I loved that the gazebo was a distance away from the house so that early morning risers and late-night folks could be outside talking without interfering with sleeping guests. The host was incredibly gracious, always available to answer questions, thoughtful of our needs, and truly concerned that we felt as if this was our home for the week. There were many little conveniences that the host thought to provide: kitchen appliances and dishware, pool toys and floaties, games, extra-large umbrellas for the rain (needed when we attended a wedding while it rained), and bathroom amenities. The house is on a kind of busy road (there is a side road frontage that makes for easy in/out. From the outside, you couldn't imagine how lovely it is. The house was close to everything we needed in Winter Park. As a bonus, a second family group rented the house a couple of doors down. This made our trip even more fantastic. It was easy to visit each other but also have our separate spaces. If you have a large family, this is a perfect arrangement. One house we set up for young children; the other house for adult children. It worked out well for naptimes and socializing. I would definitly stay here again!

Very nice but not the cleanest. Son in law found dirty socks in his bed and they did NOT belong to him. Also please note something we missed and that the pool is NOT heated. Which does matter in March when evenings get cooler. Other than that, it accommodated us well.
