"The apartment was very complete and comfortable, with a spacious kitchen and in-unit laundry, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. The amenities were clean, well maintained, and the landscaping throughout the property was beautiful.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff came across as unfriendly and lacking a service-oriented attitude. The exception was a young woman with a piercing working at the side desk, who was kind and helpful when I requested fresh towels. The housekeeping team was by far the most pleasant and efficient.
Before arrival, I received an email confirming that housekeeping would prepare the sofa bed for us due to our long flight. However, it was not set up, and we had to make it ourselves. At check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a three-bedroom condo for USD 20 per night, which felt like a missed opportunity to make up for the inconvenience caused by the property’s own communication error.
I would consider returning because the facilities are excellent, but I hope to see a more welcoming and empathetic guest experience in the future."
