"It is a further walk than it looks. The hotel is huge so you may have a long walk from the elevator to your room. Parking is $49 per night in the hotel parking lot. Room and hotel were extremely clean and very comfortable beds. I was out of a few of the soap and lotion containers but the filled them within the day. They need a mobile way to check out when you use the parking structure. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to check out. Starbucks in the lobby was handy but their crew working there was not awsome and very slow. Ubers to Disneyland ranged between $3 and $9 each way but worth it after walking all day in the park."

"Breakfast was really good, but the maintenance service was disappointing. We arrived Friday night and the air conditioning was not working. I informed the front desk the next day, and I was told that someone would fix it while we were out at Disneyland. However, when we returned, the AC was still not working. It was a horrible experience trying to sleep in a hot room with kids. None of us were able to get proper rest. To make matters worse, we paid for an upgrade, but the beds were uncomfortable and we could feel the springs through the mattress. Overall, the breakfast was enjoyable, but the lack of maintenance and comfort made our stay very disappointing."
