This property is undergoing renovations. Which was not noted when making the reservation. Upon arrival debris and construction workers were present. Sunday morning around 8:30am I was asleep and was suddenly awaken by loud drilling noises. It’s Sunday. The day of resting. Also, the mattresses are hard as a rock and I woke up in severe back pain. I have a 5-6 hour drive ahead of me today. Only stayed here because of the price. Don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s not as nice as it looks. There are people who seem to be living here with their children as well.

Pretty much sucked
So got stuck on freeway mess for 2 hrs and gave them a call to let them know I would be late. Standard checkin and desk person was nice. BUT our room wasn't ready...it was 8:30 pm. Supposedly a maintenance issue. Ok, told it'd be 5-10mins, but we hadn't eaten yet, so a place nearby was recommended.(Harry's Place) It was good. Got back to motel, walked in room. Bed had been changed(sheets etc.) but nothing had been cleaned. NOTHING! Not even the floor was swept. Went back to desk, was offered another room upstairs, but my knees are shot so I didn't want that. After the freeway fun I was just too tired to deal with it. They didn't have enough staff to just come clean it. I cleaned the place myself. Wasn't offered any type of comp...nothing, nope, can't do that. The whole place is old and past due for updating and repairs. The small fridge was sweating and rusted through the top(but it still worked) just a mess. I could go on and I do have pictures, but I'll never be there again, so I'm not going to go to the trouble of downloading them etc. Terrible nasty pillows,(which I didn't use) the bed was atleast ok, but past needing replacement. Only good part was price. And yes, I know I was staying at a motel 6 and I didn't expect anything more than just avg and that the room would be clean and ready. I'm a retired truck driver and have been in many cheap hotels, but this was really subpar. We were just too tired to deal with the whole thing. Maybe a fluke? I doubt it.

I went to my trip with my family to Disneyland and decided to stay here because in the pictures it looked ok and decent price not the most economic or most expensive either. When I entered my non-smoking room it was penetrated in cigarette smell obviously people were smoking in the bathroom I politely asked for a different room and there was non available and decided to stay I woke up @ 3 am just couldn’t not sleep on how bad the smell was the receptionist took it personally I wanted a different room and seemed offended I had to check out and my whole next day I was tired were my and my kids couldn not get no sleep even had sore throats. Ended up canceling and going somewhere else did not get refunded my night stay. Absolutely would not recommend staying here definitely not worth it rather sleep in my car.

Wouldn’t stay here again was never notified non smoking rooms cause on a first serve basis room wasent so clean only one towel to many people walking around all night you can hear everything couldn’t even rest and didn’t feel safe at all enddd up getting up and leave around 6 in the morning I wish I could get my money back not a good experience at all

This motel honestly should be shut down by the health dept. Its that b4/people and the cops are there all the time ! Someone OD'ed on Fentanyl during our stay!!! There is always crazy individuals on the property that aren't staying there and are going through the trash cans loudly or screaming, etc on the sidewalks outside the rooms. My dog was so stressed out from it!! I booked a non smoking room due to my dog having environmental allergies. I don't smoke, as well, and they always give me a smoking room claiming that's the only rooms they have left . I spend so much time and money scrubbing the walls, furniture and floors. I made the mistake of walking barefoot and my feet were so black it was disgusting . The worst part is the roaches! They are little baby ones and bigger ones and is wrong .The staff are rude and I
