We loved our stay here! Everything was perfect! Check in was smooth, breakfast was yummy, pool/hot tub was clean, room was large, bed and pillows were comfortable, the tub in the room was so big I wish I had time for a nice soak, the gym had everything we needed. We will definitely come again if we’re ever in the area
Staff was rude. Coffee maker in the room wasnt clean and the staff at the desk wouldnt allow us to get coffee or a muffin before leaving for work in the morning. Breakfast is at 6:30am NO Exceptions not even for a cup of coffee. Breakfast is said to be included in your stay. Had to leave at 6:15 and was rudely denied. Was told go make coffee in your room. Other than that the shower & bed was clean and comfortable.
The Ayers Suites was a recommendation from our Father... and our family members from Fl, Az, & Or, stayed 3-5 days.
Our experience was above reproach. Should be rated a 5 🌟.
Annemities are class, staffing was willing to assit with any needs/requests.
Breakfast!!! What can we say??? You go awy hungry..... that's on you! The dinnig staff will endeavor to assure quality satisfaction.
The entire staff (3am night Manager included) emulate a level of professionalism & pride for the Ayers suites of Yorba Linda.
Should you be visiting this area of So. Cal. My family (without hesition) highly recommend Avery Suites, Yorba Linda.

Check was amazing. What I forgot whats remembered for me as Ive stayed here before. Room was clean, spacious and view was amazing. Elevators worked great. Vending machines with ice at each floor. Breakfast and parking perfect couldnt ask for better. Only mishap was my sofa bed did not have its blankets so I had to do all blankets myself. however it was not bad
Property is out dated and needs a facelift, entire property has a smell to it, room was clean but smelled and carpet needs to be replaced, lots of stains, furniture looks as if its 25 years old. The breakfast was good with lots of options. For the price I would stay somewhere else that's more updated.
