"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast is top of the line not to mention the happy hour drinks at the bar! The staff were all pretty friendly. The only complaint I do have is our bathroom floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned or cleaned well. We also had issues with the toilet-the chain kept breaking off which my husband fixed a few times."

"When I checked in at 5:30pm there was no hot water in the entire hotel. There was a letter that clearly stated they would give full refunds, but the front desk clerk kept saying the water would be on by 7pm and refused to refund my money. The water was still not on by 10AM the next morning. Do not keep any valuables in your vehicle or in your room when not there. This place is basically a long-term shelter for unhoused people. Spend an extra $50 per night and stay at an actual hotel."
