Love this Hilton for its close location to Creighton and the CHI Center. Easy walk to fun downtown neighborhoods and restuarants.
Only compliant is that our shower had little to no water pressure.

The room is still not ready and checkin was supposed to be at 3:00. Plus, when I asked about earning reward points for my stay, the refused because I booked through a 3rd party. Never again!

Hilton Honors terms and conditions allow us to put the Hilton Honors number on 3rd party reservations but you do not accrue points as it is not paid directly. this was a perfect place to stay as we were attending a concert at the CHI Center in Omaha Ne., they had a sky walk that allowed a quick comfortable route to the event center. Will definitely stay again!

We had an event at CHI center. Loved the convenience of the skywalk to and from the hotel. Lobby bar did a great job of service since the restaurant was under renovation. Valet service was great and easy to work with since parking was very busy!

I apologize about the delay in responding. I am sorry that the decor was not inviting. We did just finish a renovation on our property.
Just an overnight stay here for a concert at the Arena. Great lunch in their Cafe. Had no idea when I booked the room that the hotel had a Skybridge that connected to the Arena. So convenient. Even had crowd control for the elevators after the concert to make sure an orderly process was maintained getting up to rooms

Very convenient to the concert venue, right across the street. Unfortunately our shower water never got hot, and we had bursts of cold water during the shower. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

The Bar area was so busy you had to wait 30 minutes to get a drink. At the restaurant we were seated right by an outside door which was a main door so we had walking traffic the entire time we sat there so we ate in the cold. On top of that entire restaurant/bar are smelled like sewage. The shower in my room did not have hot water. Staff was great but this hotel is not worth the money.
Our stay was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We our enjoyed our stay.

Beds were not comfortable king size bed didn’t come with sofa bed so we had to upgrade to 2 queen beds for $30 more. Beds seemed way too small and not queen. They were not comfortable and the pillows deflated bad.
Nice beds. Nice lobby. I could not find ice machine, but didn't look real hard.

I thought the lobby was excellent. We bought a mixed fruit cup in lobby store with strawberries that were bad, but exp date still a few day
