Not impressed. Wasn’t bad. Wasn’t good. It was quite expensive for not being great!! The lady doing breakfast on Saturday said, “well we ran out of food.” Not sorry. Called down for towels. Front desk said “well, can you come down to get them?” WOW. Not impressed. Too high of cost for not such a great place. There are others nearby that are better.

Only one dislike. Whoever made the decision to install those horrible faucets in the bathroom should never be consulted again

The hotel was dirty door broken water dripping from ceiling dirt in hallways wasn’t cleaned in 2 days elevator dirty pool broke coffee was always cold and old. Not a great experience such a bummer

Facilities were in poor condition. Smell throughout the hotel wasn't pleasant. Shower heads didn't spray but a trickle. I cleaned them myself just to get them to function. Bathroom sink water faucet barely a trickle of water. Mold and mildew throughout the place. Appearance of an (older) suspected forced entry into the room I was staying in. Maintenance individual (in my opinion) didn't seem to be concerned about any of it. He only suggested that changes were coming. Well, that didn't help me at the current moment. On a much better note: Hotel staff and cleaners were more than helpful responding to our requests. Very pleasant dealing with them. Breakfast was hot and good every morning we ate there. Thank you all.

The staff was very nice to my wife, baby, and I. We called for extra towels and they arrived a few moments later. The breakfast was great all 3 days we were there, lots of options but the oatmeal and Trix yogurts were my favorite. The building was very clean and modern looking. The shower head and sink bowl were coming off the wall but still worked a needed in room 305. Very excellent stay, would come back again.

Good except; evidently housekeeping just forgot to put a top sheet on one of the beds. A mistake, but I felt I should point it out. My partner and I usually don’t share the same bed when traveling.

Comfy bed
Very clean and the bed Very comfortable. The bathroom sink could use a little TLC or just a faucet and drain stopper replacement but that is nothing major. I was very happy and had a great night sleep

My wife and I are elderly. The bathroom was fitted with grab bars, as was the bath. The seat in the bathtub made bathing easier, as did the other accommodations.

The staff were friendly and informative, the breakfast was delicious, the only thing needing improvement was the cleanliness and maintenance of appliances. The beds were clean, but the floors were filthy. The shower head was falling off, the door wouldn’t lock, and the towel hook was also broken and coming off of the door. It needs a little better upkeep, but decent for a night stay.

Almost Flawless - great breakfasts
Excellent, hot breakfast with nice rooms. One thing for a small improvement - provide a couple of towel racks in the bath.
