Staying at the Lodge was exceptional with access to the great outdoors coupled with indoor access to clean comfortable rooms and excellent dining. We especially enjoyed the historical information throughput the lodge and grounds.
We had a wonderful time at Lake Quinalt Lodge. The 3 hour rainforest tour was wonderful. Michael our guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The property was a combination of old time charm with modern conveniences. The meals at The Roosevelt restaurant were wonderful!! Would highly recommend.
The property had a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was nice, and the view was beautiful. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Room was great but walls are paper thin. Could hear next room talk. Beautiful location. Will definitely come again. Loved the lodge ambience, restaurant and lake view. Great access to hiking trails.
Absolutely stunning! We had a lake view but were on 4th floor so we saw trees:) and no AC. They did supple a fan and they have screen doors. Dinner was delicious!!
This experience was amazing -- a true old world hotel, with great access to the rain forest trail. Everyone of the staff was super friendly and nice and made the trip really wonderful
Very old with history and stories hidden in the walls of the Lodge. Service in dining hall amazing.
We had a view of the lake but with a tree smack in the middle, still enjoyable! Beautiful surroundings and trails to seek out nature!
Very very low keyed, great for calm relaxed days breathing fresh air! Bring a great book!
Lodge is exactly "as advertised". Rustic, quiet. 100 years old in 2026. Old world quality. Great couples place; not for the kids. Not ADA friendly, no elevators, lots of steps. No TV but WiFi is OK for streaming (not gaming). Rooms on the small side but nice. Lake view is wonderful outside; maybe need to clean those windows though so it's wonderful inside too.
LOVED the historic old property. The grounds are gorgeous, and the lodge itself is just lovely. Pleasantly surprised that it is more amazing in person than in the photos online. There was abundant seating outside on the deck and plenty of Adirondack chairs out in the lawn for relaxing. The small bar was more than adequate. We stayed in the Fireplace building, which was built in the 70's and had a clean, updated bathroom and comfy bed.
I had read that the Roosevelt Dining Room was reopening and assumed it had just been renovated, but it has only had repairs done, so it's a bit tired. Even so, the food was pretty good and the view overlooking the lawn was great. It's a 10/10 for just the experience of being there.
