Great location. Not so comfortable stay.
Big room. Some nice touches like a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Good amount of storage. No fridge, no AC, lobby smells. Great location! Decent breakfast. Extremely loud if you have people above you. Couldn’t rest or sleep.

Nice, but check the mattress and no AC
After a bad night on a worn out mattress with springs sticking into my back, I was given a different room with new mattresses. Check your mattress before you unpack. There was no air conditioning. If you are coming in hot summer months, beware. We at least had a fan in the second room. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good for local sights.

Great location, unclean cups
The cups and spoons were not clean. The water kettle was dirty, perhaps due to the quality of tap water. The location is convenient to campus and town center.

Great location only a block from the upper square of Olomouc. Room was clean, quaint and well decorated. We arrived early and they locked our luggage for us and we were able to explore the town! Breakfast was standard for Czech Republic but no coffee or tea options while in the room. WiFi only accessible in the lobby and dining areas. Overall, a very nice stay and would stay again!

Fab hotel and amazing location.
My stay at Hotel Arigone was fantastic, easy to get to from Olomouc train station, the staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Check in was quick and easy and the room was fab. I had a single room, which was quite large, with a wooden beamed ceiling. The shower was lovely and the bed was very comfy. They take your comfort seriously, also had what looked like an antique chair to relax in. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of different foods to choose from. The location is incredibly close to the old town squares and lots of good restaurants and historical sites. If i stay in Olomouc again I would definitely book the Hotel Arigone. The staff even helped arrange a taxi back to the train station and looked after my luggage when i popped back to the Christmas markets before i left.

Comfortable and pleasant
Comfortable with local flair- you really feel like you’re in Olomouc even inside your room. Staff were courteous, professional and helpful with my questions. Very clean. Nice location right off the old square and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Convenient location
Hotel is situated in the heart of the town. Very secure and clean. Breakfast was good too. No parking was offered but plenty of free street parking was available not far from the hotel.

After moving out of the very new and very hot pension section we were given a third floor room in the old part of the hotel. There was no elevator but we didn't care because it was air conditioned and quite large. Apparently we were in the middle of a heat wave so thanks to the very understanding receptionist. I think when you book with Hotels.com you are assigned to the pension part which is very modern and nice, but no air.

Important for travelers note NO elevator resulting in 50 plus stair to get to 3rd floor room. Bathroom is terrible. Hotel in general very over rated. A three at most rating and not suitable form seniors.

Best in Olomouc
Great hotel. We stayed in one of the modern rooms with a terrace overlooking the city. Beautiful views that you can enjoy while drinking some good Moravian wine in the evening. The only minor recommendation for the hotel is to get some TV-channels in English. Otherwise, best stay in a long time!

This was our first visit to Olomouc, a charming Moravian city. We were delighted to find so much history of the Renaissance surrounding us while ensconced in a very updated hotel room. During our visit we discovered a small opera house, performing a rarely performed jewel of Viktor Ullman's Pad Antikrista. Thumbs up. Our stay was enhanced by our greeting from, and subsequent conversations with, Renata. I would love to return. There would be more time for spa treatments.
