"We stayed at Hotel H12 during our first trip to Poland and had a wonderful experience. I traveled with my 70-year-old mother, my 17-year-old daughter, and my 10-year-old son all the way from Texas, and this hotel was the perfect home base for exploring Kraków.
The location was outstanding. We were within easy walking distance of so many shops, cafés, restaurants, and major attractions, which made sightseeing simple and enjoyable for our family. It was especially convenient when traveling with multiple generations and children.
The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests and were always willing to answer questions or offer assistance.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated how easy it was to start each day before heading out to explore the city.
