Beautiful view of old town, lots of stairs but then it is Dubrovnik where there are stairs to everything. Little kitchen was very helpful, we were able to have breakfast and coffee in our room before our long days of sight seeing.

We stayed at the Villa Flores for one night whilst in Dubrovnik and would highly recommend it. It is full of character, in a great location and excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful on check in and the main attractions of the old town were right on your door step. The room was very quiet and comfortable, highly recommended.

Loved the location right beside the city walls. Room was small but was all we needed. There was no access to any kitchen supplies (utensils, kettle, oven) so this made self catering more difficult. Be ready for lots of stairs - we didn't mind but it is at the highest point in old town. Overall, a friendly, cozy room inside of Old Town. Recommended!
Ana and her daughter welcomed us to the apartment and gave us some ideas for what to do whilst we were in Dubrovnik. Check out was in the morning but out flight wasn't until the evening but Ana said we could leave our bags and even have a shower before we had to head to the airport. The room was incredibly clean and although was basic, had everything we needed for a 2-night stay and was a great central location.

Location was just amazing, 2 minutes down one of the lanes from the main street. Staff just wonderful and helpful, finding out ferry times and organizing transfers for us. We had an apartment with a door and window onto one of the lanes. The room was very comfortable and modern. The bathroom was excellent. In the studio there was a big bed, a sofa and a small kitchen with breakfast bar. Couldn't ask for better.

This is the nicest hotel in Old Dubrovnik and worth the splurge to stay here. We were a family group of eleven and spread out over three hotels. Everyone gravitated to our hotel because it was so nice and conveniently located. We had two rooms, one for two people and one for three. Both rooms were nice and well furnished, the bathrooms were nice. The staff was helpful and not rushed.
We walked the wall and explored the Old Town. We spent a day at the East-West Beach where the hotel has guest membership. As an American I am used to public beaches and find private beaches a bit intimidating but the staff at the beach was nice and did not charge us for the lounges and towels. I was not sure if they were included in our membership so apparently they were.
We explored the sites where the Game of Thrones is filmed - 20 something's loved this. We took a boat to Lokrum for a few hours. Walking the town at night is wonderful.
Located within the walled Old Town the hotel is perfectly located' two minutes from the city's entrance, minutes from scores of restaurants and cafes. The room was large, the bed exceptional. The decor is 'dated' but actually appropriate to the surroundings. Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant three blocks away; a superb breakfast, the omelet a must-have. The hotel owner helped us confirm our flights (not an easy task). WIFI worked fine, as did the Satellite TV. The only down side is the lack of elevator, and the noise from the two cafes facing the hotel. However this is to be expected when staying in the 'Old Town', and we slept soundly.
