A great stay with one disappointment
"Very nice hotel. Clean rooms in good condition. Great service as well. All the staff were kind and professional. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The only disappointment was the pool. It didn't open until noon and they charge extra. This was a big disappointment for us because that was a big part of why we choose the hotel and my kids were really looking forward to swimming. Also, the extra charge was not mentioned anywhere in the information about the hotel so it was a surprise - but we didn't end up paying because the pool was not open in the mornings. The disappointment does not take away from the other aspects of the hitel though so I'll still give 5 stars."
