"Room was nice, clean, bed comfortable, we did not spend much time at the hotel. The only issue we had was we made our reservation back in January and when we arrived, the room we had initially ordered was not available and was given an alternative room not an upgraded room."

"The staff were very helpful. The room was only cleaned once during a 10 day stay. Towels were always available upon request at front desk. The breakfast was the same each day. Which found us searching for breakfast elsewhere for a change. What was offered was good. Just no variety. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the family!"

"First impressions when we arrived we were kinda taken aback .First thing we noticed was an overflowing garbage can near the front entrance of the entrance as well as very unclean door glass .This didn't give us a good feeling. The garbage can was emptied the next day but the glass was never cleaned . Once inside we were greeted by a very happy ,helpful and efficient front desk staff . The room was clean and what we expected from the reviews we read . The rooms was made up and cleaned daily for our 5 day stay. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the Breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating if there was something they could do for you.All in all I would rate this a hotel a 3 outta 5 but could easily be a 4 outta 5 with a little more maintenance like fixing squeaking room doors as well as the office chair provided. I hope this helps you decide on staying here and also give the hotel to make the little improvements needed to make it a more inviting place to stay"
