I didn’t like the fact that you had to call the front desk to have the turned on, which by the way maintenance never came to do that. Then our bathroom light didn’t turn on - and guess what...THAT WASNT FIXED EITHER! Definitely outdated and old looking! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst Wyndham ever stayed in. We booked online and saw that there was a restaurant and lounge. Our plan was to check in and spend a restful Wyndham night. The hotel is under renovation, no restaurant nor lounge. We had to make other plans. Hallways need cleaning, our drapes would not close to so I used the desk chair to hold the curtains together, then the desk drawer would not stay in, no ice bucket, no closet, had to hold the handle down to flush the commode. Too late to relocate. The girl behind the desk the next morning said nothing to us when we turned in our keys. Will we rebook through Hotels.com or stay in a Wyndham? Maybe, but not soon. A terrible experience.

When traveling across the country it's nice to have a hotel chain you can count on. This hotel was being remodeled. This resulted in the lobby being a mess, the front doors not working properly and breakfast consisted of a prepackaged breakfast roll. The carpet in the room I was in was filthy and the curtains would not close properly. I am disabled and I travel with my service dog. I was concerned with her walking on the soiled and spotted carpet. There are many other hotels in Oklahoma City to choose from, and I wish I had chosen a different hotel.

The room was clean but the water faucet was dripping, and when we went to take a shower the water came out dirty. The building is under construction. I believe that once it’s done everything will be good.

Y’all suck
The absolute worst place ever!! They started working outside my room in the middle of the night. They talked loudly on radio No coffee in the morning no food. No trash cans in room Asked for a general manager to call and still have heard nothing!!! I want a refund! I paid for a good night sleep!!

When we arrived at the hotel the front desk was just a fold-out table with a laptop on it did not look too professional the lady that checked us in was very polite when we got our room keys we went to our room which was clean with only three pillows on a king size bed we ask for extra pillows when we received our extra pillows the person delivering them did not acknowledge me talking to them and seemed very unpleasant to have to do her a request the bed was very uncomfortable the pillows were the only thing that was comfortable on the bed when we checked out that morning the person at the front desk he did not seem very pleasant and when I asked for a receipt because I needed the receipt for the hotel to turn in to be compensated for paying for the room he looks at me and tells me that I have to go to Expedia and get the receipt and I say I didn't go through Expedia I'm with through hotels.com and I've always got a receipt when leaving the hotels he rolls his eyes and says he can't give me a receipt because it's through a different party well all in all I can tell you right now I will never stay at this hotel ever again the only person that I dealt with in my stay is when I checked in was the lady that chick does in that was a very pleasant person to talk to other than that I'll never recommend this hotel anybody..

HORRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
It was probably my fault for not reading the reviews beforehand but alas, I experienced it and it's over. There was no hot water for my stay, the room was very unclean, and the service was very lackluster. The employees don't act like they care, and when I checked in, she basically told me I could find somewhere else to stay if I didn't like the acommodations. There was no breakfast as advertised and as I was checking out, I saw 4-5 other guests with the same complaints leaving. Some were even checking out early. Hotels.com should take this hotel off the site.

Dont stay here anytime soon.
Fire sprinkler was dripping some sort of nasty pink water, tub was stained with mildew, ceiling tiles were jacked up, bar and pool and everything else that was advertised was not in service and... no hot water for a shower the entire time. They originally said it was their water heater and it would be fixed in a couple of hours, the next morning the blamed it on the city. Hotel should be closed until it is fixed, and hotels.com really needs to update their listings.. not happy with either really.

Great Stay at a Great Rate
The hotel is under construction... but the room we had was comfortable.. plenty of towels. The ladies at the front desk were courteous and friendly. One really good thing was that the hotel did NOT have any musty odor that you sometimes find in hotels being renovated. The price was wonderful and it’s two blocks from Penn Square Mall.

This property needs a lot of work in the rooms. The bathroom sink doesn’t have a vanity just a broke pipe to hide the other pipes. There is no mini fridge, or microwave. My bed had a stain on the blanket. I am 5’4 and I can touch the ceiling walking down the hallway. My husband is 6’4 his head almost touches the top. FYI they hold $50 off your card for up to a week. This is not worth paying $70. We won’t be back.

Not up to snuff – go elsewhere
I ultimately ended up leaving this hotel because the condition of it was so poor. Not sure when the last time they rented room 601 to someone, but it has a huge hole in the floor, stains all over the furniture, and dingey linens. There was no microwave/mini-fridge, so the maintenance guy brought them up, but as soon as I opened the door, it was filthy & unleashed a scent I couldn't get out of the room. Point is: This shouldn't be a Wyndham property & needs a lot (A LOT) of help to get back to being acceptable for me.

It was okay! I would stay there again...
It was okay! Pros: -Nice, clean room. -Great area for us to stay in. -Great price, especially for it not being super sketchy. Honestly, we would probably stay there again just for these things! Cons: -No microwave or mini fridge in the room. -The ice machine on our floor was broken, so I had to go to a different floor and then the ice came out almost half water. -No pool or hot tub, which was fine. -We did have to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the front desk when we were checking out, but the person was probably busy with renovations or just stepped away for a minute. They are renovating... so a lot of things were understandable.

Power outtage due to storm the day before. No phone call warning us.. Hotel rep met us at the door outside when we pulled up an hour after check in time. Explained there was no power. I understand thats not their fault, but there was no warning and they made no attempt to help find another hotel. After almost 2 hours trying to find an open room, we found one out of the area we needed to be in at double what we pre-paid at Wyndam. I had my elderly mother with me who had just had a medical procedure done, and it was very hard on her!

$50 rip off. Listed as pet friendly, but did not indicate that the $50 "deposit" was non-refundable. That makes it a hidden fee not a deposit. $50 for a pet fee is both excessive and an unscrupulous practice.

We checked in late due to my Mom’s breast cancer surgery. They are renovating the property. It’s looking great! I was afraid of the elevators because they were small. The very kind front office gentleman literally took the time to work through what I was feeling. He is a wonderful person! He went above and beyond for us. I have been to five star hotels that did not deliver this level of service.

Disappointing they dont have refrigerator in rooms for my insulin has to be refrigerated..also no hot water in sink until you ran hot water in tub for few minutes.. Rooms small.. Breakfast is not included must sit down to order and pay... Most hotels of this level offer free continental breakfast

The rooms looked so much different in the pictures than what they really were. There’s no fridge or microwave in the room and the breakfast was really overpriced($5 for a little bowl of oatmeal) Staff was very polite.
