Getting into the entrance of the hotel was odd. We had to go through the parking lot of an empty, rundown restaurant with big potholes in the driveway.

Staff was friendly, but beds were itchy and they were out of basic stuff like towels . Breakfast items were limited, so if u go 30mts to closing U will be eating scraps. I won’t recommend.

The hotel is in great and very clean condition. Hot showers, clean rooms, affordable rates! Area is a little run down with restaurants that are out of business. But I feel it still a safe area to stay while traveling.

Uncomfortable and dirty
These are probably the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever stayed on in a hotel. There was a moth dead on the floor in the bathroom and the bathtub had like a huge crack in it. The room also had a major musty smell. Overall would not stay here again.

The place smelled like weed. The pool was “under construction.” Breakfast was a joke. Shower curtain had stains. Used lotion bottle left in the bathroom. Would not recommend to stay.

Bad breakfast
The room was nice,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bad experience. Went down at 9 am. 2 sausages left. Nothing else except watered down waffle mix. Someone was in the back room watching TV but never came out while we were there for about 30 minutes. Pool was in disrepair.

We had to change rooms three times before we had a suitable room! The T.V. didn’t work in the first room, so we were transferred to another room that had only scalding HOT water and the deadbolt on the door would not work. Very, very disappointing for a Comfort Inn & Suites! I would not recommend staying at the motel!

The room was fine, except for a terrible smell that even deodorizer couldn't cover up. I could hear the a/c unit in the room dripping when it was off. The thing is, we used to stay at the La Quinta right nearby, but changed because ITS room smelled badly! The breakfast was really spare and otherwise, I wish we had gone to IHOP.

Overall, our stay was good. We were a little nervous after reading some reviews, but also mindful that we wouldn't be spending a ton of time in our room. Room #1 (209): The handles on several of the drawers were broken and the flip lock on the door was hanging on by a thread so we couldn't use that, just the deadbolt which was fine. The AC did not work in that room and there were some pellets of some sort under some of the pillows...but the AC was the big thing for us so we asked to be moved to a different room. I did see reviews that stated front desk staff were unfriendly and difficult when it came to moving rooms so I was prepared for the worst and we were prepared to move hotels and just swallow the lost money but front desk staff were very kind and helpful and got us into a new room with a working AC. Room #2 (209): The water in the sink and shower were scalding hot even though we had it set to cold. We ended up having to wet our towel and sponge bath ourselves. The TV turned off every 15 mins or so and the volume didn't work so every time I turned the TV back on, the volume was back at the default setting which was kind of loud especially when my boyfriend was already sleeping. Overall, it wasn't terrible. Once we were in a room with AC, it made our stay better. If they could fix the water issue, it would've been fine.

Does not deserve any star, no cold water in room, just scalding hot water even in toilet. Refrigerator filled with wet towels defrosting I presume but not usable. Two guests in room with one set of towels, had to go ask for more. Mentioned hot water issue told they were aware of problem, why put people in room?! Then get home and find I was overcharged $50.00 for room. DO Not Stay here !!!!!! I will be calling management tomorrow since today is holiday My feet were boiled trying to get in tub. Main reason to stay in hotel is to take showers when traveling and had no drinking water, too hot

I was disappointed to find out the pool was out of service. Reading other reviews, it sounds like the pool has been closed for quite some time. The room smelled musty on first entry; assuming it was the A/C unit. The ceiling vent fan in the bathroom was non-functional; just made a horrible squealing sound. The sink stopper was missing. Toilet ran constantly unless he handle was jiggled. There were spots on the walls of the room and bathroom that appeared to be dirt or blood. The same type of stain was on the corner of one of the bed comforters. Hairs were found on the floor of the bathroom as if wasn't fully cleaned. No hairdryer in the bathroom. There was a dead bug on the floor of the bathroom and another in the room. The mattresses were very firm. The refrigerator in the room was cold enough to for drinks, but not enough to safely store food. I could tell this was originally a hotel built in the early to late 90s and remodeled. The main positive was that it was quiet studying on the West side of the building; there's only a wooded area back there. I've stayed at many Radisson hotels before and most were fine. This is the first one that needed some major TLC.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Good breakfast options with hot food. Furniture needs updating, some were chipped. Refrigerator not cold enough. If you just need a place to sleep, this checks the box.

Sounds silly but we got the room for a getaway with a pool, nothing said about until asked and it was “oh our pool is closed due to an incident and has been for some time”…we went somewhere else.

Things we didn't like: "swimming pool down for maintenance " Did not see one staff member the time we was there working on the pool. The tv turned off after 10 to 15 min and then you had to turn it back on again. This happened the wntire time the tv was being watched. There was not enough towels..no wash clothes. Had to leave a note for housekeeping to provide them. No plug for the bath. If you have little children they would had to take a shower. Things that was good: the air conditioning was great. The breakfast was what was expected not great but not terrible. Parking was good. Easy checkin. The beds were comfortable.

Horrible experience will never go back
Worst experience ever. I had booked 4 rooms for myself an my family. The room was not cleaned, they had no clean towels, plugs in the room didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Pool was closed down. We checked out the very next day it was so horrible. We met another lady who did the same because the hotel was so filthy.

I stopped here on a long road trip with my four children. They loved the room and enjoyed sleeping in the beds. I slept on the couch. The couch was dirty with stains on it, but I just slept on top of the blankets.
