The room was nice and clean. Went to the Saddleback Grill and no one was there to assist, no ability to change the TV channel, and staff didn’t know how to help

I will never consider staying at this property for any reason. My vacation was delayed due to a train derailment in Arizona that shut down the interstate and prevented any rail travel east which was part of my vacation. I didn’t want to cancel my stay just move it further out due to extenuating circumstances. It was not a holiday or busy weekend, but they wouldn’t even consider it. Charged me full price for a stay I couldn’t make due to a railcar explosion that ended our entire trip. Thanks for the compassion and concern and for ending any future business from me. And to be clear every other hotel we had booked rescheduled for us even in the tourist towns we had booked that were busy. At least some places still have quality customer service. Just not this one.

I am sorry for your experience. We do stay over service every room everyday except when a do not disturb sign is on the door after 11:00am. Did you report that you did not receive service.

This use to be a really good hotels. Carpet smells tvs don’t work and towels are dingy and hard! Housekeeping does do a good job filling up soap and shampoo containers

The wait staff at the bar was absolutely horrible. I was with a party of 3 & there was one other gentleman sitting at the bar. Itntook almost 45 min to get a round of drinks - & 2 were just bottles of beer! The waitress went to the restroom (& took her purse) & was in there for 20 minutes. Then she said she hadn't had a break & went outside for another 15 min - also taking her purse. I think there was a little something else going on. The cook just happened to come out of the kitchen & was nice enough to serve us. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. They were just sitting on the stools behind the counter not doing one thing. I reserved a room with a king size bed - got one with 2 double beds. The room was ok. Will not be staying here again.

Great old style motel
We went to oklahoma city for a concert and to check out the city the second day we stayed at this best western. And it was the best best western i EVER stayed at! I loved the frontier theme and it was super clean and it was like a old style motel feel with friendly service and super clean rooms and also i hotel bar everyone can get together and meet new people and enjoy the stay a little more. Great breakfast in the morning to. I will definitely be staying here again when i go back to oklahoma city.

What a gem!
This is a big hotel complex and is very pretty. We had an upstairs room with a king bed, comfy chair and desk with chair. It was a nice room with a wardrobe, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. There was ample lighting which was nice. I liked the citrus shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was attached to the shower wall. I found it interesting that they were specially formulated just for Best Western. The lobby was lovely with plenty of seating in the restaurant and bar area. I did not make it down to the breakfast buffet. The lobby also offers board games that you can check out through the front desk along with some really cool items that can be purchased. The hotel had me check-in prior to getting there so all I had to do was stop by and grab my key and find out where my room was located. I also liked that they offered express checkout which meant that all I had to do was notify the desk that I wanted to check out that way and then just left my keys in room upon leaving. The hotel is in a good location near lots of restaurants (if you don't choose to eat at the hotel). I would be happy to stay here again.

Ty, the receptionist was super friendly, even though there were a lot of people waiting to check in and the phone was ringing, she was by herself, se had a smile on her face. The room was big and clean.

Hidden Gem, well maintained, western unique theme
Amazing amenities, old hidden gem but well maintained. Professional and fun staff made it easy to check in and addressed all of our needs, the GM Amber is very professional and nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to help my family, pool is heated and super awesome. Food is super good and lots to do here! Highly recommend.

Very nice place!
Very nice place! Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very nice, comfortable bed, and clean room. Love the decor throughout the establishment. We were up and out early, so we sadly couldn't partake in the breakfast. We did eat dinner at the restaurant and had great food and service. Overall, I would recommend staying here. Thanks!
