Beautiful beach!
Fabulous location and great accommodations for a relaxing, beach focused stay. Friendly staff and beautiful scenery in surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Thanks for adding your review. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes we agree our apartments are individually furnished and have to meet our letting pool standards. One we know our repeat guests preferences to style we can hopefully allocate one to their taste.

A wonderful location, on the beach and near great cafes and restaurant. The apartment has everything you could want and all overlook the beach. The reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We look forward to returning.

The apartment were very nice and cozy. Great view of the beach. Uncover carpark and heated pool although the weather was not that great during our 4 days stay but we enjoyed our rest and will definitely be back. Highly recommended this Apartments the lady host was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Beachpoint Apartments for having us, we sure will be back 😊👍👌

We loved our stay here, right by the ocean. Apartment was modern and so clean with everything you need and really comfy beds. Pool was great, 25m and heated. Easy parking and a short walk to shops and cafes. Staff were really lovely and obliging, would definitely come back here.

Wonderful spacious apartment
Beautiful view of Ohope beach to wake up to every morning, lovely spacious clean apartment, all facilities were great, we made use of the pool which was heated enough for the kids, parking was safe and secure in the parking garage with 2 spaces for our 2bed, highly recommend and look forward to staying again :)

Great spot and very peaceful. The Apartment hsd everything you would want and was quite good value. Cafes nearby but need to drive to Whakatane for Supermarket. Highly recommended for family stay.

Thank you for your feedback, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Beachpoint, it is a hidden gem in the Eastern Bay. Re the supermarket, while the big shops are over the hill in Whakatane, we do have a well stocked 4 Square just 2 km down the road which is very handy.

Location to the beach was excellent as was the view from our apartment. The bed was very comfy, the decor pleasing, the carpet was brand new. Being able to watch the Rugby World Cup games was a delightful surprise. We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and this meant we all had privacy. The property owners were very helpful and attentive.

Property was going through upgrade and work was very loud, dusty and disruptive. The signs advising of the work are right in the walking path and the fire sprinklers were being diverted into plastic bags.

We apologise to all guests for the inconvience caused by the refurbishment which we are currently undergoing. Our contractors comply with very strict health and Safety requirements and the signs you encountered on the walkway were temporary for that day only. Our fire security system does not include any sprinklers in the building and is fully operational as normal.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Great location and the apartment had it all. The manager was very friendly and helpful, he showed us where to park and then showed us our room. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Stunning location on Ohope Beach
Our 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment was immaculate. The position was perfect and the facilities excellent. The view was towards Ohope beach, which was just across the road. You could walk to cafes and shops from the apartment. The bedrooms were spacious and the main bedroom and living areas flowed onto a large deck. The pool was being resurfaced so we couldn't use it but it looked like they were doing a good job. The staff were helpful. We didn't check in until around 8.15pm but there is a large reception area and you can phone for someone to help with the check in. We went to Riverside Cafe in Ohope for dinner after we arrived from Auckland...that was lovely.

Quiet unit with view out the side balcony to Ohope Beach. It was April so the late afternoon sun was appreciated. The bed was only a Queen (don't know why Kings are not standard?) but it was very comfortable. Quite pricey but I used a free night gained with Hotel.com Rewards.
