The rooms were clean, could do with a bit of upgrading but that was minimal. The food and variety was great. Was so excited to see authentic jamaican options at every meal and it tasted really good. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It was a great stay. Will definetly come back.

I liked the cleanliness and the variety of food was great. Most of staff was helpful but food could be hotter in regards to temperature. An option of a simple kettle and teabags would be nice.

This place has it all!! Kids zones, adult zones, and even teenager zones. We ate at the steak house and the Asian Restaurant and both were very tasty. Make sure to download the RIU app to make reservations and see their event calendar while your there. I would definitely recommend this place if your wanting a more up beat vacation.

I recently stayed at RIU Ocho Rios and had a great experience. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food offered plenty of variety, and the restaurants were excellent. The beach was stunning, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. The entertainment team did a great job keeping guests engaged with activities throughout the day and fun shows at night. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend RIU Ocho Rios to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Jamaica. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

I stayed for 1 week . The resort had everything needed for a good stay . One of the elevators was out of service , so it left 1 working . Would have been nice to have towel service and possibly a few drink huts on the beach too . Food is adequate and drinks made nicely . I probably would not bring young kids if I had them as it gets very adult like . I enjoyed most of the evening shows they provided as well

The service is good, the hotel is nice just a little outdated in areas. Overall was good. Food was good , a lot of varieties. Few dishes very salty but other than that. No complaints.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I went solo for the first time. The staff was wonderful. They were very clean. Beach view was lovely. They was lot drink enjoyed Bob Marley, Rum punch, etc.The food was excellent. I went to the pool a couple times. That was nice. Also, overall I enjoyed my stay for somebody who went by themselves. Just loved it.
